We are from Louisville, KY and first came to The Villages to visit with friends and family. The tag line is "The Friendliest Hometown", and we loved that we experienced just that. It's a very active community and you can decide just how active you want to be. We love the Florida weather, palm trees, and having access to beaches within a 2 hour drive. We enjoy hosting our 2 BR/ 2 Bath home so you can come experience the lifestyle for yourself. We love hearing all the different stories of how you enjoy your time in The Villages!

The Village of Chatham is in the northern area of The Villages. It's an established area with shopping, restaurants, and entertainment all around.

Our home is best enjoyed for months at a time. Many guests are looking to purchase in The Villages, but aren't ready to make the big commitment until they've had a chance to experience the lifestyle. It truly is the best way to determine if this is the right place for you. We think you will love our home because of the location. It's close to 3 different recreation centers that have pools, tennis, pickleball, golf, and the list could go on and on.
