6/1/27through 9/30/27 $2450 per month (minimum 1 month rental)

Daily rates based on minimum 3 night stay:
10/1/26 through 12/31/26 $225 per nite
1/1/27 through 1/31/27 $250 per nite
2/1/27 through 4/30/27 (sorry, already BOOKED) $200 per nite
6/1/27 through 9/30/27 $175 per nite

Washer/dryer closet inside. 2 car garage features regular garage door, screened garage door also, full wall of floor to ceiling custom cabinets and large additional fridge. Vacuum cleaner, dust buster, brooms, etc., provided.
2 small/medium size cats/dogs will be considered on individual basis for additional pet deposit of $250 each, due with first month rent. Exterior areas include a glassed/screened in Florida room and a large screened and roof covered birdcage with a bar and barbecue grill. Smoking allowed on front porch, Florida room and birdcage only. Guest passes for Recreation Centers will be applied for your stay..
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
