We’re happy to welcome pets to our property! To help us keep the home clean and comfortable for every guest, pets are not permitted on beds, couches, chairs, or any other furniture at any time.

The pet fee covers the standard additional cleaning associated with having an approved pet in the home. It does not cover excessive cleaning required to remove pet hair, stains, odors, or other pet-related messes from furniture, bedding, or linens.

If pets are found to have been on furniture or bedding and additional cleaning is required, an additional cleaning fee may be charged to the guest.

By bringing a pet to the property, guests agree to follow these rules throughout their stay.

Great Stay at Ducks Landing

Property was clean and exactly as described, with plenty of room and parking! Our group loved the back deck and accessibility to Aberdeen and Southern Pines. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area. From check in to check out, everything was a breeze. Thank you so much!

Race weekend

Quiet, clean and relaxing! It was nice to sit out on the patio at night! Anything we needed they answered right away. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect 3 bedroom

Nice apartment. Lots of space and amenities. Easy access to the Carolina horse park. Communication with rental firm was excellent.

The property is in a great location and was very helpful that it is pet friendly. There are a few minor things that need updating. The communication with the Stay Well team was excellent.

Nice and convenient

The townhouse at Duck’s Landing is such a nice place to stay for my husband and me. It backs up to a golf course, so you have the feeling of being “in the country” when, actually, everything you need is only a 5-10 minute drive away. The whole process was easy as pie and pleasant as a spring day. Sierra, from the management company, was lovely and made sure that we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this property! In fact, we plan to stay there again when we come back to the area.

Perfect townhouse. All practically new. Tremendous spacious accommodations.10-15 minutes from practically all golf courses and shopping/restaurants. Did I mention there’s view of magnificent golf course and lake in backyard. Communications with mgmt was great! Can’t wait to return!
