We really enjoyed our stay! This was our second time to Maui and this property was our favorite. We were so close to the beach-such a short walk. We really appreciated that there were beach chairs and coolers to borrow. The property was a great size for the 4 members of our family and the host made the check in and out process very easy. Would highly recommend and we would love to stay here again.

The location was excellent, and the condo was spacious with plenty of room for our group of five. The proximity to the beach can't be beat, and it was nice having access to beach gear. We really enjoyed the main pool, and loved how easy it was to shift from the beach to the pool when our kids got tired. The overall cleanliness of the condo could have been better upon arrival, and the unit itself felt somewhat dated, but none of these issues prevented us from enjoying our vacation.

We had such a great experience. The property was beautiful, pool and pavilion was a favorite, and the communication was easy and prompt with property management. Our TV had no sound when we arrived and they quickly delivered a new tv and installed right away. We had some wasps hanging around the front door and someone was there within minutes of me texting them. The place was spacious and had all the things we needed. It was beautiful and comfortable. I would absolutely return to this place!

The condo is beautiful and well located. The cleaning could have been better done. Silverware was not sufficient.

I wished that you would have given me my check in instructions when I asked before I left Oakland. I was traveling by myself, the weather forecast was bad and I was anxious not having that information. I mentioned that I rented another condo in building 24 at the same time and the communication with the host was much easier. 19A was great. The location was terrific especially with the weather. I appreciated that that you brought over the emergency supplies. I’m glad the water coming in behind the living room TV wasn’t too serious. I appreciate that you sent someone over to check on it. We were surprised early one morning (before we were awake/downstairs) when some gentleman arrived to spray for pests. I wish you told us in advance and provided the description of chemicals to be used. My daughter turned them away because we had two young children.

We’re sorry for any frustration around the timing of the check-in information and communication. Our team does send check-in details in advance and follows up on the day of arrival to ensure everything is working properly, but we understand how important that timing is, especially when traveling solo. Regarding the pest control visit, the property schedules routine treatments to help prevent the presence of pests in the condo. We truly appreciate your feedback.
