Located within the national park, the Upper Delaware Scenic and Recreational River, there are endless opportunities for safe outdoor activities. From the comfort of the house, take in the sounds of nature, listening to the rippling river, the rustling of the trees and the sounds of chirping birds.

Enter the home’s large foyer and make your way to the grand open living space with soaring ceilings, glass front and back, and comfortable seating. Along the wall of glass overlooking the river, enjoy your meal at the original mid-century rosewood dining table.

Prepare your meals and drinks in the open modern kitchen equipped entirely with Thermador appliances including a large refrigerator and separate large freezer, an excellent induction cooktop, double wall oven, and dishwasher.

After dinner, retire to one of the three large quiet bedrooms: a bedroom suite with a king sized bed and en suite bath with shower, a second bedroom with a king sized bed, and a third bedroom with a queen sized bed. All bedrooms have ample storage space in large bureaus.

The bathrooms are outfitted with contemporary fixtures, finishings, and hardware. In addition to the two showers, there is a free-standing soaking tub perfect for an after-hike relaxing bath.

Off the hallway, there are large and high-efficiency front loading washer and dryer.

High speed Internet with WiFi included. It supports streaming and work from home video calling with a very stable signal.

Given the house's very private location and wonderful openness to the outdoors, the bedrooms' and living areas' floor to ceiling windows do not have window coverings to enhance the indoor/outdoor feel of living in the house. Both baths of course do have window coverings which may be closed or open depending on preference.
