Your Lake Conroe adventure begins at this 4-bedroom house. With 2 bunk beds, (twin and full)1 queen bed, and 2 king beds, there's plenty of space for everyone. Enjoy amenities like heating, AC, and WiFi. The 3 bathrooms feature 2 tubs and 3 showers. Plus, there's an office space with a comfy sofa bed. A fully loaded kitchen and outdoor grill are provided and several board games.… A huge porch upstairs has table and chairs and a swing to enjoy the beautiful scenery and water. You have access to a large dock and pier for lounging or fishing. (fishing poles available). Large tri toon available for rental and/a la Captain available for tour of Lake Conroe, sunset cruise or driving the boat for you. Schedule after arrival. Closet restaurant one mile. Iron Manor, wedding venue 2.4 miles. Willis and Montgomery only 7 miles away. Come experience the amazing comfort and convenience of this lovely property. Beautiful house with plenty of space for our group of people and a nice patio to enjoy the evenings. The amount of cars that it was able to park was a huge plus.

This was a wonderful experience for the entire family. The property is beautiful with plenty of space, and the sunrise and sunset views are absolutely worth it. The owners supplied fishing gear, safety vests, games, and a grill. The kitchen was spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking. The parking area easily accommodated our RV and six vehicles. Dan and Linda made sure we had everything we needed and gave us their number just in case. The kids have already requested that we return next year!

It is very rewarding to see the joy on the renter’s faces. Since we live very close to three event venues, we are honored to have several wedding families and guests utilize our property. Hopefully it provides some quiet time during the hectic schedules and preparations. It always makes us happy when guests enjoy our beautiful property.

This is a fantastic property with great views of the lake. It is spacious, well equipped and very clean. The boat dock and pier were perfect for fishing for our boys. Linda and Dan were amazing hosts who go the extra mile to make your stay memorable. We will be back!

I can't say enough great things about this property. The owners checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Trust me this place had everything and then some. My 5 (yes 5) granddaughters had the absolute best time ever! They loved swimming by the dock and fishing from it when they weren't swimming. They loved running around playing in the very large yard. We brought our own boat. There is a convenient public boat ramp approximately 5 minutes from the property and we were able to dock it directly behind the house. The upstairs deck is very nice and the bottom patio made everything convenient. Don't pass this place up. You won't be disappointed staying here.

Great place, it’s a must book!

This was an amazing property to stay at. The hosts were wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay and everything we needed. There is tons of room at this house and anything that you would need is right there for you. The location is good and in a very safe and secure area. Public boat ramp is very close and grocery store and dollar general are right in that area. This a great place to relax and unwind while enjoying lake. Would definitely book again!!!

Lake time

Beautiful home, great view from balcony. Awesome boat dock plus deck for relaxing and fishing. Be prepared for climbing stairs, definitely good exercise. Dan and Linda are great hosts.

One of my favorite VRBO experiences!! Our stay here was perfect! A beautiful home, extremely clean, with everything we needed. The owners live nearby and were super friendly and helpful. They even gave up their boat slips so that we could dock our boat. We had lots of room inside, a great kitchen, comfortable beds, a large wraparound porch with beautiful views, and so much more! The house is situated on a big piece of land with a beautiful front yard and is on the lake front at one of the nicest parts of the lake. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future!

Lovely lake home

We loved our stay when we were in town for our daughter’s wedding and the owners were wonderful. Great communication, attentive and even left little treats for our family and the bride. The location was perfect to go back and forth to Bentwater and the beautiful view of the lake was calming and a much needed respite during our busy weekend. We spent hours fishing off the dock and had lots of success! The large island in the kitchen gave lots of room for serving meals and arranging flower bouquets

It is so wonderful when others enjoy themselves as much as we have over the years. A little heaven on earth. So happy when the fish are biting abundantly and people find the location calming and are aware of the beauty that surrounds them. Getting the chance to meet wonderful and grateful guests is a big bonus.

A truly magical experience!

Quite simply the pictures don’t do justice to this exceptional home, property, and owners. The experience was truly magical! The home was spacious and extremely well kept with all of the essentials provided. The property was beautiful with ample space for the kids to fish, play and enjoy. The owners were extremely attentive and made us feel special! STAYING HERE IS A MUST! We only regret not being able to tour the lake with Mr. Gregory, but we will be back…

Kick back, relax, and enjoy the lake!

We recently stayed at this lake house and it is truly a gem! Location location location! The house is well appointed with a great attention to detail and amenities throughout the home. You can tell they truly care about your experience!  The owners, Dan and Linda, were extremely friendly and responsive before, during and after our stay. The house was plenty spacious enough for our multi-generational family. We needed help with the boat lift and Dan was quick to respond and fix the issue. All in all a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back!!

This beautiful lakefront home was very clean and comfortable for my group of 8 (4 couples) including room for 4 cars. This home feels like a custom-built, high end home and I felt like a movie star in the glamourous primary bathroom! The dining room table fit us all as well. The home is fully stocked with towels, blankets, dishes, folding chairs, etc. They have both a drip coffee maker (basket style filter) and a Keurig so you can plan use whichever you prefer. Note that the drip coffee maker requires water in bottom section (pull out BOTH baskets on top first) and filter with dry coffee in top basket, and you dispense the coffee by using your coffee mug to push the dispense lever on the back side. Fancy! We enjoyed swimming off the dock (which has a ladder into the water for easy access), sitting on the deck, and enjoying the beautiful view. Very relaxing. They have a propane grill and grill tools to use (although we didn't) if you want to cook outside. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive (the best I've ever met on VRBO!) and we all want to visit this home again because we enjoyed it so much.Thank you Linda and Dan for your wonderful hospitality!

It is a joy to us when we have renters who enjoy the place as much as we did for many years. To us it is our “heaven on earth.” It makes it so rewarding to meet truly nice families. We love it that they truly liked being on the water and had fun on the dock. Rain or sunshine did not stop them from having a good time. They shared their wonderful barbecue with us. Truly a treat! We had a fabulous stay here. Our daughter got married at Bentwater this weekend so I needed a place for me, my daughter and 8 bridesmaids. There was plenty of space, lovely lake views and close proximity to venue.

It always makes us happy when we have wedding guests and family stay with us. We are close to several wedding venues and it makes an exciting event less stressful by having a place for them to stay when the event is close by. It makes us feel good helping them in anyway we can.

This is an old neighborhood with many nice people. It is usually quiet, except on the 4th of July. Fireworks everywhere. We are close to restaurants, Grocery stores and gas stations. There are wonderful shops in Montgomery, Willis and Conroe,

A beautiful view of Lake Conroe, we live on a peninsula so the cove is great for water sports. The sunrises are beautiful. There is a large dock with pier for fishing or relaxing. A table and chairs, sink, and small refrigerator allows you to spend hours of enjoyment. There is usually a nice breeze. I call it “Our heaven on earth.”
