Enjoy Luxury Coastal Living at our Gorgeous Island Estate along the Wilmington River. Between two homes on the property, we have 7 total Bedrooms between the Main Home and Guest House, Multiple living rooms, large open kitchen overlooking the River and 2 large Dining tables that can seat up to 16 guests in the Main Home & 4 bar stools at the island in the kitchen. Our property can accommodate up to 16 guests and includes a dock. Can accommodate boats up to 25'. Well appointed 5 Bedroom Main Home with King Size beds & 2 Bedroom Guest Cottage with King and Full beds.

*For stays less than seven days your towels will not be replaced. Stays over 7 days require a second cleaning mid stay*
