Welcome to the land of the horse and bourbon. Your countryside retreat awaits. Eleven miles from the Kentucky Horse Park, 26 miles from Keeneland and 35 miles from Woodford Reserve. With 2 cozy bedrooms featuring a king bed and a twin bed, guests can unwind in comfort. The farmhouse also boasts 2 bathrooms and modern amenities. Enjoy the evenings in a screened in porch and enjoy the views on this working horse farm, part of a 68-acre horse rescue. Eight miles from Cynthiana, 10 miles from Historic Georgetown, and 20 miles from Lexington.

The property is well cared for and had everything we needed. Our pup loved the screened in porch. We loved the location and it seemed like everything we wanted to visit was within a half hour from there. If we decided to visit KY again this would be our top pick to stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The home is easily accessible with a secured entrance. Extremely private with horses grazing in the pastures next to the house. Pet friendly and the owners are quick to respond to any issues that you may have. We will use them again if we are in the area.

Incredible property that looks like it could have been built yesterday! Truly awesome views right on the horse farm. The kids loved waking up in the morning and going to pet the horses. We will definitely be back!

Great Experience. Peaceful and quiet setting among nature and the horses with an occasional visit from a sweet cat :-) . Especially enjoyed by our dogs who had not experienced horses in the past.Looking forward to another visit.

This is such a lovely comfortable place to stay! The hosts were so welcoming and super quick to respond when we had last minute questions.The farm is beautifully run and the rescued horses are obviously well loved. We felt a very tangible peace during our stay. We would come back in a heartbeat!

One of the best properties available in the Lexington area! Property even better than pictured and the hosts were beyond a please to work with. Our family celebrated a milestone at the property and people were in awe of the home. Can’t wait to rent again we are in the area!

Our stay was everything we were looking for when planning a trip for our one year wedding anniversary. My wife enjoyed being able to sit out on the porch with coffee every morning and then being able to stroll only about 100 feet to visit with several of the horses. The location is close enough to visit Georgetown, Lexington and Frankfort with an enjoyable scenic drive through horse country. At the end of the day is was nice to be able to get away from it all and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country side. The house was clean and well furnished with everything you could possibly need. We loved our stay and spending time in greater Lexington area. We will definitely be back.
