Very welcoming with special extra touches like cookies, coffee, device chargers. Loved that everything you need for the beach is right there waiting. Host was extremely responsive and helpful.

Very responsive hosts. We were last minute bookers and everything was great. AC was spectacular (important in Florida). Nice amenities, close to everything we wanted to do.

Clean up after Helene

We have a place on Siesta Key that, like many, suffered water damage from Hurricane Helene. We needed a place to stay while we assessed the damage and worked on clean up. Chads place worked out really well for us and we appreciated the quick communication with him. The place was in a good location and was comfortable. Not a vacation for family by any means but very glad we had a clean, nice place to come to at the end of a long clean up day on the key.
