Great location! So close to Siesta Key. House was clean and comfortable for 7 adults. It is an older home that has not been updated, but was more than adequate. Could use some new bath towels & mats. Also, bring your own shampoo, soap and toilet paper.

So nice having washer/dryer. Parking very convenient. Cleanest place EVER!!! The pool was really cold (& we are used to the Great Lakes) but very clean! Outdoor space very nice for hanging out. Beach chairs/toys/cooler were a nice perk & much appreciated. We would stay again & would recommend!

Karl the host was very accommodating, the house was clean and in a great location for the beach and downtown. Plenty of room for kids in the house and the yard. Pool was cold but it’s February. Very close to the Mote Aquarium and Jungle Gardens which were both great places to see. Would definitely return.

Ideal location in lovely Sarasota, close to both Siesta Key and Key Lido beaches. Pool area was great for relaxing and enjoying the sun in a peaceful location. Simon’s Coffee House is 2 minutes walk and is great for both breakfast and lunch, friendly staff and good service. Throughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time.the host was wonderful .we had a leak in the bathroom and he came right over and fixed in in a matter of minutes .we were very impressed.we would stay there again.

Once you visit Sarasota and explore our beautiful beaches, there's no way you'll leave without planning to come back again. Paradise does exist.

As they say - location, location, location! Let's mention the fantastic neighborhood of this house. It is in a very private, safe, and secure location away from Siesta Island "season" madness traffic, but still only 2 to 10 minutes away (driving) from the world famous Siesta beaches.
Our house is very spacious, (3+3) with private pool (NOT HEATED), perfect fit for your family vacation
You can simply enjoy outdoor activities (morning walking or jogging), short walking distance to Phillippi Estate Park, where you can take your boat, jet ski or paddle board and relax by the water side.
