About this property

4 suites for up to 15 people+pool+tennis court+large garden

House is located in Praia Dura, in an exclusively residential low (houses of high standard) with surveillance 24/7. The house has many balconies and a deck overlooking the sea. The beach is very quiet and safe for children. Bringing up the rear is good for surfers. The beach is also very good for walking and jogging, comprising 1,800 meters from one end to another. The house is at the foot of the Atlantic Forest, with many trails filled with beautiful views and waterfalls. There is facility for boat rental for strolls in the stalls and visit to Anchieta Island.
The house is structured for up to 15 guests. Being more guests, up to the limit of 21 people, we make available, by additional, the annex of the house (we call guest house) with two bedrooms + living room kitchen + bathroom.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Um lugar memorável

Desde o início da estadia, Walter esteve disponível para qualquer eventualidade. Explicou os pormenores da casa e nos deixou a vontade. A casa é bem equipada e entrega tudo que promete. Desde a estrutura até a localização, para quem busca tranquilidade alí é o lugar. As praias da região são muito boas. A praia dura, na frente da casa, é uma praia com fácil acesso porém bem rústica e desprovida de comércios, o que deixa ela totalmente tranquila e familiar. Você pode caminhar pela manhã e pela tarde, sempre na companhia de pequenos caranguejos na areia. Durante o dia eles se escondem e se tiver uma barraca e quiser ficar observando o mar (que é uma piscina, ótimo pras crianças) esse é o momento. A praia da Fortaleza, alguns quilômetros além da casa, já tem presença de comércio e venda de porções e bebidas. Recomendo também a praia da Lagoinha (próximo a casa), praia do Lázaro (dá para ver do outro lado da baía em frente da casa, principalmente na varanda da piscina) e a praia Grande (já no centro, com muito movimento e algumas ondas e vasto comércio local). Recomendo para famílias que queiram sossego ou amigos que buscam ficar juntos na beira da piscina, a casa é a medida certa.
