Absolutely gorgeous property!! Loved that it was out on acreage, gated and so much room! The kitchen, dining, living area was so nice, beautiful double fireplace, several outdoor patio areas…would definitely recommend and would love to stay again! Great communication with host, pet friendly.

The property was beautiful, only a few things that could be improved on. AC on one side of the house wasn’t really working and the water doesn’t shut off in the front bathroom sink. We found someone’s boxers just laying on the ground outside. There was still a load of clothes in the dryer. We did enjoy our stay though.

Absolutely beautiful and spacious place to enjoy with family with everything one could ask for including games and pool! I would suggest to bring some pillows if bringing a large group but otherwise there was everything provided for... plates, bowls, cups, utensils, cups, towels, etc. There are only 2 bathrooms so be prepared to share! We thoroughly enjoyed the suave and was close to McKinney and Dallas.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, and very well maintained. It was perfect for our group, and everyone really enjoyed their time here. The outdoor space and overall atmosphere made the stay even more special. One thing worth mentioning is that the property looks even better in person than in the photos. The pictures truly don’t do it full justice. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. We would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to stay here again in the future!

The place is really special. Everyone loved it. There are two outside patio areas that the pictures on the VRBO website don’t do justice. They are very big, plenty of seating, very family friendly. The pool is a little bigger than the website shows as well… plenty big enough for everyone to enjoy. The house is really big with a special little playroom right off the kitchen for our little ones to play in which was incredibly nice/convenient. GREAT bedrooms. The free Netflix was a hit too!The “yard” is multiple acres. It’s beautiful out there. Really can’t say enough about the outside area. If you like the outdoors, you’ll love this place. Thanks again for making our family Fourth of July gathering special.

What a great property to get three families together for a reunion. There was plenty of space in and out of the house. Everyone was comfortable and entertained. It was a great vacation to feel away from it all while knowing anything you needed was within a 10 minute drive. We were traveling from out of state to visit local family and choose this property and it worked perfectly. The property is clean and well maintained and the host has excellent and timely communication. We would definitely book this property again.
