Extremely quiet, huge kitchen, super for entertaining. Check in got fumbled in that I wasn't given the entry code until I arrived, and it took several panicked calls.

Comfortable

The lighting in the house is modern and bright. The kitchen is very nice. My concern was only one door access to enter and exit. The back door is sealed closed. It would have been better to have access to the deck. There are multiple repairs that need to be done. The beds are comfortable.

We have been doing VRBO’s since 2018 and this property is not ready honestly.It says it sleeps 6 ( which it does) but the dining area only has seating for 4. There was one coffee mug and just enough cutlery for 6. Many little projects that need to be completed. It is in need of landscaping- the pool area was not inviting due to the lack of landscaping. The front of the house has little curb appeal. The master bathroom shower door was in need of repair as it wouldn’t stay closed as well as the ceiling fan did not workin the master.There was no dryer or hair dryer as advertised .The owner was responsive and did offer to try to get someone there to try and fix some of the issues- but these things should be checked before turning it over to the renter.
