This is a stunning 200 year old house that has been lovingly restored to it's former glory, offering all of the modern amenities that you would expect, with each bedroom offering a generously sized ensuite, a well equipped, farmhouse style kitchen with patio doors opening directly onto the covered terrace, and a cosy lounge situated up on the first floor. The large, raised sun deck is the perfect place to spend your day in true peace, and is also home to your own private pool. Although this villa offers a truly rural feel, the local shops, restaurants and beaches are within easy reach, and the bustling resort center of Dubrovnik is just a short drive away, making it easy to venture out and enjoy the local culture should you wish to.

This area allows you to enjoy the view of the mountains and the sea as well as the large garden with natural shade. There you can enjoy the sounds of nature and relax in peace while being only 10 minutes away from the Old City of Dubrovnik.
