Welcome to Villa One, located in the exclusive Kite Beach Villas community on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic. This 4-bed, 6-bath villa offers a private pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor shower, perfect for enjoying the tropics. Whether you're entertaining guests or spending family time, the spacious outdoor bar and entertainment area provide the perfect setting.
Inside, the villa features a large dining and living area, complete with smart TVs, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen. The modern design and open layout offer a relaxing or hosting space. The second floor boasts a fully furnished terrace with stunning ocean views, ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks. Just a 1-minute walk to Kite Beach, the villa offers easy access to the sun and surf.
**Note:** Located in a construction zone, however primary villa from security gate the community not completed. Pricing reflects the current state. Villa One is ready to welcome you for a peaceful and private stay!
