Being in a residential neighborhood while being at walking distance from the beach, restaurants, bars, casinos, activities and supermarkets you have everything right at your doorstep.

Nice views

Clean home with nice views. Pool overlooking the beach. House had everything we needed for a comfortable week stay. Check in was easy, met us at the home. Nice location with many choices of restaurants nearby.

She was so easy to work with and I knew my team was in good hands. Here is what Andrea, my team mate who stayed on property had to say,"They (Jolanda & Chris) were lovely. Jolanda was so incredibility nice and helpful, and Chris who gave us the key and showed us around was also! The place was wonderful!" Bottom line next time we are St Maarten we will be booking Pelican:-)
