~No events, parties, or pets allowed.
~No trailers, boats, nothing but an automobile or golf cart
~Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach.
~Community pool's are heated through Spring Break only.
~Minimum age for renting is 25. No student groups allow

PET FRIENDLY:
Your fur baby is welcome here as long as they are 25lb or under and breed approved. $150 pet fee. All pets must be kenneled when left alone.
