Host was prompt with responses and willing to assist. Sleeping for 10 or 12 if required but semi-comfortable seating for maybe 4 people unless you count dining room seating. Water pressure very low. Outdoor area and deck had nice view but old and could use some TLC with a covered are for rain days. We left a day early and went to a hotel.
We rented the property for our O40 soccer team for a tourney in Winston. It had plenty of room for the crew with lots of beds. The location was good with a nice wooded backyard. The house was fine, but could use some updating and probably a bit more seating options in the living room and king suite upstairs. Also, sponges or scrubbies in the kitchen would have been nice. All in all, though, it served the purpose and was a great house for our needs. Juan was really responsive and a great host.
