This modern, well-appointed 2500sq ft coastal retreat with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms is the ideal spot for families, couples, or friends looking to enjoy all that the area has to offer. This community is only minutes from the Lewes Beach and scenic Cape Henlopen State Park, and walking or biking distance from boating, shopping and dining in historic downtown Lewes. You’ll be close to everything, yet nestled in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood.

The space
This end-unit home features an open living and dining space, as well as a separate large TV room (with doors) upstairs. Both living areas feature large flat-screen TVs, lots of comfortable seating, and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen features modern appliances, granite countertops, a large island, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The 94" dining table comfortably seats six. LVP flooring runs throughout the entire home.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on one of the dual front porches or back patio. The house backs to an expansive open area, which makes for a serene, private environment. Take advantage of the provided beach gear (beach towels, 4 chairs and 1 umbrella), to make your trips to the nearby beaches even more enjoyable. Kettlebells, resistance bands, and pickleball equipment are also available.

Guests are also welcome to use the home's private electric vehicle (EV) charger, which has a universal attachment.

Guests have full access to the home except for a small owners closet on the first floor.

Other things to note
- We provide linens and towels (both bath towels and beach towels)
- The house has 2 workspaces/desks. Desk 1 is in a dedicated working space in loft area on the second floor. Desk 2 is in the room with the twin beds.
