Welcome to your Texas Hill Country home base! This house sleeps up to 10 and puts you a short drive from lake access, parks, and town conveniences.
The Space:
Settle into a comfortable Hill Country retreat with room for the whole crew. The property includes a main house and a separate casita, offering 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms so everyone has space to spread out.
The main living area is designed for easy together time, and the backyard invites you outside for relaxed evenings and BBQ cookouts. When it’s time to catch up on emails, a laptop-friendly workspace and fast WiFi help keep you connected. You’ll also have the convenience of an in-home washer and dryer during your stay.

• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 5 vehicles. Detached carport is not available for guest use. Boat trailer parking is available.
• Security cameras: This home has 2 exterior cameras — one doorbell camera at the front door and one at the rear garage. They monitor exterior/common areas only.
• Fireplace/stove: The living room fireplace is decorative only. There is a wood-burning stove in one bedroom; firewood is not provided.
• Hill Country wildlife: Bugs and scorpions can be part of life here. The home receives routine pest control, but sightings may still occur.
• Laundry: Washer and dryer are in the home for your use.
• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! 2 pets are allowed per stay. An additional fee of $75 per pet applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet(s) in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet(s) and ensure the fee is processed.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
