Nos élégantes villas haut de gamme vous nourrissent dans le cadre relaxant du décor insulaire créé par nous, en tant que décorateurs d'intérieur et propriétaires de magasins d'articles pour la maison. Renseignez-vous sur notre boutique en ligne.

Nous offrons une villa privée de 4 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bains à l'étage, ou une villa privée de 3 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bains en bas, ou ensemble une grande maison de 7 chambres à coucher.
A l'étage 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes.
En bas a 3 chambres 2 salles de bain qui peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes.

Nous avons un parking sur les deux côtés de la maison pour plusieurs véhicules (environ 9 voitures max).
Nous avons une douche extérieure, un barbecue au gaz et une terrasse extérieure à la fois en haut et en bas.

Parfait pour votre prochaine réunion de famille, votre retraite d'entreprise, votre retraite d'église, votre fête de mariage et tout événement spécial. Nous serions ravis de vous aider.

La maison est entièrement meublée avec des draps haut de gamme, des serviettes, des cuisines équipées et une laverie à l'étage et au rez-de-chaussée.

Seules 70 marches mènent à Beach Walkway sur une route à sens unique, une route peu passante et calme, One Way Sand Shell. Cela le rend idéal pour les familles à pied à la plage en toute sécurité.

The Upstairs a juste un aperçu de l’océan depuis la chambre d’hôtes Dolphin, le salon et le patio pour vous donner un bon rapport qualité-prix pour cette location.
La villa en bas est au même niveau que l'allée, à l'exception du seuil d'entrée. Le Local Beach Patrol propose des fauteuils roulants Handicap Beach et un accès gratuit à la plage avec un badge handicapé.

La maison est située à quelques minutes de tous les restaurants locaux, épiceries, marchés fermiers, magasins de fruits de mer, boulangeries, pharmacies et magasins d’alcool.

Flagler Avenue, l'avenue principale du centre-ville, n'est qu'à quelques avenues au nord de la plage. Vous pouvez vous promener sur la plage, faire du vélo (disponible en location chez de nombreux vendeurs locaux) ou prendre une voiture pour visiter la magnifique île-barrière.

Pendant la haute saison, nous préférons les réservations de 7 nuits, mais nous envisagerons des séjours plus courts. Petits chiens avec cage pour animaux Tous les vaccins, préventif contre les puces, DOIVENT être utilisés.

Another terrific VRBO stays!

The location was terrific! Short stroll to the beach in a central location. The two kitchens helped tremendously with kids and there are multiple gathering areas in the house. The owner was responsive and helpful both before, during & after the visit. We would definitely consider a second trip if traveling with a large group again!

Great beach house with lots of character

Wr had a great stay in this house near New Smyrna Beach. It was super convenient to get to the beach - just a quick jaunt to the 8th street entrance to the beach. The house was very convenient - two kitchens, lots of rooms and sitting areas. Realistically sleeps more like 14 people, without sleeping in the hall that connects up and down stairs or sleeping on the common areas. The kids loved the space. David and Carmen were very good with making sure we were in contact if we needed anything, and were very responsive when we did have some requests as we were settling in to the place. Overall a most enjoyable vacat. Wedlove to come back again.

Wonderful family vacation

The house is located so close to the beach - we loved being just a 90-second walk to the sand. It has ample rooms for our large family. However, because we have small grandchildren, I will choose a different place next time without so many breakable items of decor. This house would be perfect for us if the surfaces were clear of delicate embellishments.

Family reunion

We enjoyed our stay. The owners were kind, informative, responsive, and timely. The house was well stocked and is located close to shopping, groceries, Florida attractions, Orlando airport, Kennedy space center, and restaurants. We could walk to many places. We were also fortunate to witness a space X launch while standing on the beach. The beach is very nice. Our family is expanding and we probably will need another bedroom in the future but this was a great place for us to stay. We enjoyed sitting on the porch together drinking coffee and catching up. We would like to stay there again one day.

What an amazing house! We rented the entire house for a family Thanksgiving dinner. Carmen and Dave greeted us at arrival with a tour of all the amenities they have to offer. Perfect Beach Vacation

New Smyrna has always been one of my favorite beaches in Florida. Beautiful beach and plenty of amazing restaurants. This property was perfect for our extended family. The house had plenty of towels, chairs and beach toys for our family. I really appreciated the sound proofing between the upstairs and downstairs, as our adult children like to stay up late. I didn’t hear a thing and am a light sleeper. The cleanliness of the property was impressive. It is a big place with lots of decor, but was very clean. I would definitely recommend this property.

We WILL be back!

From arrival and our walk-thru with Carmen through the entire stay, we were never in need of a thing. Plenty of space to spread out as a family and so much in the decor to create the coolest scavenger hunt one could imagine! Walking distance to so much. Publix right less than a quarter mile. Sea Vista Tiki Bar just 100 yards away. All the comforts of home when it comes to the kitchen as well! We loved every minute and we will be back!!

Great Beach Location

We stayed for a family reunion for my parent's 60th anniversary. We rented both the top and the bottom apt and filled every bed. I would definitely recommend this rental. The location is wonderful. A short walk to the beach. We walked down the beach to Flagler Avenue - which is a bit of a long walk but not too far. The house was great. Lots of parking. The rental agent was great - very cooperative and met us right on time. The interior of the house is roomy and well set up but it is VERY decorated so if you have little ones who like to pick stuff up - take a look at the pics online and be aware. Thanks to the owners for a great vacation place for our family!

Wonderful Home!

Everything was exactly as pictured. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We were very pleased. The decor was so interesting --we noticed something different every time we looked around. The home is located very close to the beach with an easy walkway. The outside setting is quite relaxing--tables and chairs on both the upper and lower levels are very conducive to leisurely dining. We would certainly be happy to return to this enchanting vacation spot.
