Ocean and Pool - First Floor - 2 Units combined

Newly renovated 2 unit cozy condos on the ground floor with adjoining inside door. There are two units which can be rented separately or together. Price is cut in half if renting 1 of the units. There are adjoining doors (which lock) between the two units. One unit offers a 1 bedroom with king bed, and also a pull out full size sleeper couch with full kitchen. The second unit has two queen size beds. The second unit is an efficiency with refrigerator and microwave and coffee pot and also has a waterfall shower. Laundry room on site. Within walking distance to Chases on the Beach, Izzy Ice cream and Tacos, and 7-eleven across the street. This property sleeps up to 8 individuals. (or 4 on each side) Ocean front and door opens to the pool. Best location in town. 2 beach chairs per unit as well as beach towels. The condo does not allow pets. Great location and comfy!

This was a great spot to be able to walk to the beach or be lazy in the condo pool. The grill worked like a charm, and there were some good spots nearby for dining. Definitely a recommend!

Great beach location!

Units were super clean and nicely decorated. Check in was very easy and communication with the host was awesome. Amenities were great as well - had everything we needed from towels, beach chairs, extra linens, coffee pot etc. A perfect spot for a beach getaway!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Excellent value property. The adjoined rooms were perfect for our mixed family gathering. The room was clean and had all the necessary supplies for a beach vacation. The host was very easy to communicate with before, during and after our stay.

Excellent setting for Bachelorette/Bridal Shower weekend party

Accommodated 6 ladies comfortably. Perfect setting to greet the bride and the bridal party with champagne and hors d’oeuvres as they arrived. These busy moms had a great weekend at the beach!

Bringing in the New Year

Enjoyed this property with my family to bring in the. We Year. We rented both units (7 of us) and it was perfect. Location is great. Cute and clean and great ocean front view! Will definitely stay again.

Good location but building is VERY worn and parking problems

We enjoyed our weekend as there are not a lot of places that allow 2 nite rentals. The beach was nice. While the Unit was fine the building is VERY worn. Missing siding etc. Loud parties by the pool. No parking near the building and one nite no parking at all. Had to park at another condo.

Everything is new! New walls, floors, mattresses, bedding. This is really the perfect location to get anywhere

Great location. You can walk to Chase's on the Beach and not need an Uber to get home! Ice cream and tacos across the street. 1 block away is 27th Avenue Park for the kids.
