This place was fabulous. Even if you’re very picky, this condo will impress! The hosts take their role very seriously — excellent communication, condo was as pictured with great views, comfortable living and bedroom space, many thoughtful and smart amenities throughout, and overall top notch. The building is secure, the area is safe, no concerns at all. Great beach, and plenty of chairs and beach stuff provided. Parking is easy and convenient. Elevator to make loading in/out easy, and also a clean and bright stairwell. Nice tennis court with pickleball too. There is a small workout room with dumbbells, a bench and a few cardio machines - we never encountered other users, so had it to ourselves. Pool was heated during our end of year stay. Aside from the condo, we also liked the area. Quieter than other parts of Florida, in a good way. Plenty of restaurants, grocery store, bakery, Sbucks, pharmacies, etc so that you have whatever you need nearby, but not crowded and not full of party people (although there is an area down the road with beach bars, etc if that’s your thing). It’s also a special place for sunrise. Lots of beach walkers enjoying the sunrise peacefully. You could seriously show up with just a bathing suit and a toothbrush and you’d be all set! This was a multi-generational family trip with my parents (late 70s) and kids (early teens), and the space worked great for all of us. I recommend without any exceptions.
