Private parking & private entrance. (Back patio - including pool, hot tub, ping pong table etc. - is for the homeowners only and not for vrbo guests.)

Above and beyond

It snowed pretty significantly while I was at the property and the owners went above and beyond making sure I had plenty of coffee and food since I couldn’t drive safely in my rental. True kindnesses and generosity, in addition to a comfortable loft “nest.” Lovely home and neighborhood and very convenient to local campus.
