Our first stay at this property and it was perfect ! Close to everything we wanted and needed to do and so relaxing after a busy day. So close to Floyd Field we could clearly hear the announcer, yet in a quiet neighborhood. Snacks came in very handy too. So welcoming !

This was our second stay at this property and it was a fantastic experience. We have stayed at many vrbo's and this is the absolute BEST! The beds and pillows make you feel like your sleeping on a cloud. Best sleep we've had! The home is immaculate and the amenities are top notch from the appliances and utensils to the towels. And those heated bathroom floors, pure heaven, especially on a chilly night. The back yard was quite inviting, although we didn't get the opportunity to enjoy it. Charles is quick to respond to questions and even offered to get the fire pit going for us. Highly recommend this home for anyone staying in the area. I do suggest you book for more than one night, because once you experience the place, you wont want to leave after that first night. Thank you Charles for a wonderful experience.

This was by far the cleanest Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in! The home was spotless from top to bottom, and you could tell the host takes great pride in keeping everything in perfect condition. The host was wonderful—friendly, responsive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. One of our favorite features was the amazing showers, which felt like a luxury spa experience. The heated tile floors were another incredible touch and made the stay even more comfortable.Everything exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing place with an outstanding host, I highly recommend this Vrbo!

This beautiful pet friendly home is attractive, welcoming, outfitted with anything you could possibly need, and extremely comfortable. The owner is easy to communicate with and truly wants his guests to enjoy every minute of their stay. We’ve stayed here twice and are already planning our 3rd visit.

Everything about the immaculate home is 5star! We have stayed in many VRBO homes across the States and Europe but this was by far the nicest and most definitely the most clean. This home was also the most well equipped. It has everything you could possibly want.

Hands down the best vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. I travel monthly to either Memphis or the Nashville area for the past three years. I’ve had some good stays, terrible stays and up until this one, what I thought were great stays. But this was perfect in every aspect, clean, comfortable furnishings, perfect lighting, fantastic neighborhood, gorgeous yard, amazing showers. Perfection on every level. Yes it’s 30-40 minutes from Nashville, but who cares with a place of this quality. Can’t wait to come back!

The home was beautiful and immaculately clean. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Very well equipped kitchen even though we didnt have tje chance to cook. Host even provided coffee/tea which we have never had at other properties. Snacks were provided which was a much appreciated bonus. Would defintely recommend this home for a weekend getaway or vacation.

Everything was absolutely fantastic!! Our host had great communication throughout the process. The home was immaculate. The furnishings so gorgeous and comfortable. We were supplied with snacks and a bottle of wine as we stayed over Valentines weekend. There was nothing we did not find supplied at the property including top shelf soaps/shampoo. Oh, and the bathrooms…I did not want to leave that bathroom- did I mention the heated floors- wow!! Thank you Charles!! We will be back for sure.

Jewel

What a beautiful property close to MTSU and downtown but has a quiet feel of of being much further out. The kitchen is so easy to use and has everything needed to prepare a meal. Plenty of seating and the bathrooms are amazing! The back yard is a perfect retreat and is so pretty! That wisteria is perfect. Charles is the perfect host and we look forward to.staying again.

Christmas 2024

My pup Skipper and I had an amazing stay over Christmas week! The home was absolutely lovely - clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The spacious backyard was a dream for Skipper, and the entire space felt so welcoming. Charles was incredibly gracious and thoughtful, making our visit even more enjoyable. I can't recommend this place enough to anyone visiting the area. I'll definitely be booking again!
