Belle Beach House On The Water! Impressionnant Vues 6 personnes Familiale

Cette maison pittoresque et confortable a été construite il y a plus de 100 ans en tant que maison de pêcheur au bord de la mer. Il est maintenant entièrement rénové et modernisé mais conserve le sentiment de "maison". Cour extérieure au rez-de-chaussée - détendez-vous sous le soleil ou les étoiles. Juste à côté populaire café bar / restaurant. Une douzaine de plus en quelques minutes à pied. 15m de la porte avant de l'Adriatique; 100m de la plage en face de vous. Terrasse à l'étage marina outre-mer, de vastes vues sur la mer, la péninsule de Zadar et les îles voisines. 10 minutes en voiture de Zadar, numéro 1 Destination Europe 2016! Les salles de bains à l'étage et au rez-de-chaussée ont été entièrement remodelées au printemps 2016! Plantes et fleurs d'intérieur et d'extérieur à gogo.
Le nouveau parc d'attractions, Fun Park Mirnovec, a ouvert ses portes à 20 km.

Great place in a beautiful area

We fully enjoyed our stay in a very nice house situated at a local port. Bars and restaurants next door and the village very close to the historical city Zadar. The house was clean, with two bathrooms and a nice little courtyard. We would recommend this place any time.

We love hosting families with children, as each of our 3 daughters spent every summer in this house for their first 15 years of life or so :). Stefanie and her family Perfect guests. Polite and communicative and respectful, left the house neat and clean, seemed to treat the house as they would their own. Nice to have them in Palm Bibinje, and hope they will return to Croatia again and again! :)

Cozy family house in a perfect location.

Great holiday home that would be perfect for a family with kids. Great location next the the sea, local marina and restaurants. In the house you will find everything to feel yourself at home, from hear dryer and kitchen basics to books and table games. Definitely a place to come back.

Bibinje very pretty

This house was nicely situated for restaurants with a very pretty outlook from the upstairs balcony, however, you need a car to get around. The house had everything you need but seriously needs a handrail for the stairs. Thanks Mark and Natasa very much.

Very thoughtful guests.... they stripped all the beds upon departure which is a kind act. They treated the house with respect and left it very clean. We hope they return to Croatia in the future. We will add in the master bedroom an additional wardrobe dresser, as per their good suggestion.

Vermieter sehr freundlich. Haus inklusive Ausstattung super. Lage perfekt. Meer und Ausflüge perfekt

Wir waren im Oktober 2018 hier. Vermieter Mark war sehr freundlich und hat uns das Haus Zimmer für Zimmer mit allen dedails vorgestellt. Auch etwas zur Umgebung wie Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten würden uns beschrieben. Das Haus verfügt über ein sehr modernes Bad im Untergeschoss und ein kleineres im Obergeschoss. Beides sehr gepflegt. Küche alles vorhanden was man braucht. Gas-Elektroherd, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine in Top und sehr sauberen Zustand. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Mülltonne wird mehrmals die Woche geleert. Spitze. Schlafzimmer sind schlicht eingerichtet, zum schlafen perfekt. Matratzen nicht durchgelegen. Top Zustand. Dach- Terrasse und Innenhof sehr schön zum relaxen. Spiele, Bücher, TV, alles vorhanden. Zur Unterkunft kann ich nur sagen: 5 Sterne... Restaurant‘s direkt vor der Tür und weitere in 5 min erreichbar. Einkaufen: kein Problem alles in der Nähe. Bzw Zadar, Lidl, Kaufland usw alles wie in Deutschland. Meer ist direkt vor der Tür. Strand in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Ausflug Möglichkeit: sehr gut. Sehr zentral gelegen. KrKa Wasserfälle,Zadar,Kornati Inseln,klar immer ein paar Kilometer aber alles gut erreichbar. Wie gesagt wir waren im Oktober da. Wie es im Sommer ist kann ich nicht beurteilen. Das Haus und die Lage haben uns sehr sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank Mark für den schönen Urlaub in deinem Haus. Lovely little house in a great location with views

Bibinji is a lovely little port with a great marina and a laid back vibe. The views from the house terrace out over the marina, particularly with a cuppa and a book, were a great way to ease your way into the day. The house is really central but very quiet with a huge selection of restaurants within 2 minutes walk and several beaches within 5 minutes walk. Zadar (great to walk round and the Garden Lounge up on the ramparts was a special place to have a restorative tipple) is within easy range and with the port only a 10 minute drive away from Bibinji we explored the islands off Zadar as well - we ended up in the village of Uglijan on a lovely little sandy beach and bar at the end of one days trip out. The house is peaceful and cool - it has an internal courtyard which is ideal to get away from the heat of the day and to have lunches and supper in if you don't feel like venturing out. Thoroughly recommend Marks house and the whole area for a great trip.

Very cosy little house at the seaside

We spend one week in marks comfy house in bibinje. It's right at the harbor and you have a beautiful view to the sea from the big terrace upstairs! There are many restaurants nearby and everything else you need is reachable by foot. There is one beach 5 minutes away, but we wanted a little bit of variety, so we went every day to another beach (we had a car), so it's worth looking on the Internet for other nice beaches. Zadar, which is 15 min by car away, is also worth a visit. The house itself is very clean and especially the big bathroom is very modern and stylish. You also have a little patio to sit and eat dinner etc, which is nice to have. Also, the ac in the bedrooms are really important, because we had some really hot nights:) We had some problems with the dishwasher and the electricity, but mark (who speaks fluently English) and his wife were really helpful and very polite with handling these problems. Within 5 minutes after I called him, somebody would be there solving the problem. And because we were his first guests at all, these seemed to be "starting problems". I can only recommend staying at marks place and look forward to revisit the place next year!

We are grateful for this kind review. These were our very first guests and Maximilian and his friends were ideal. They were respectful and clean and communicative. We had bad luck in that after months of preparation of our home for rent our dishwasher choose to die during Maximilian's one week stay! This must have caused considerable inconvenience but our guests were kind enough to politely report the problems promptly and we have since purchased and installed a brand new appliance and rechecked all electric lines, connections and grounds. We look forward to hosting these guests next year if they wish and thank them again for the kind review!

Hi, my name is Mark and I work as a sustainability consultant. My wife and I have 3 daughters, each of whom spent every summer enjoying our house in Bibinje until their teens. We began renting our vacation home in the summer of 2016 for the first time. Fully remodeled and modernized upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. We look forward to hosting you at Palm Bibinje.

We are a house, not a small apt, ON THE WATER. Perfect summer spot, quiet and comfortable, 2 minutes from the beach, and only 10 minutes from Zadar, one of the oldest cities in Europe at a sprightly 3200 years old. Four stunning National Parks to experience within ~60 mins drive. New Water & Amusement Park 20 km away! We are minutes from one of the prettiest coastal cities in Croatia, but without the traffic and the crowds.

15 meters from the Blue Adriatic Sea and a very short walk to any one of three beaches! Terrace and courtyard with awesome views. We can sleep 6!
