This is a beautiful property nestled among the trees and near both Lassen Volcanic National Park and Burney Falls State Park. The house is spacious and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We loved the quiet neighborhood and really enjoyed having squirrels, rabbits and deer walk thru the backyard as we sat around the fire pit. We especially loved kayaking on Manzanita Lake, which was less than 30 minutes away! We highly recommend this home if you’re looking for a place near Lassen!

A comfy getaway with everything we needed

This house was the perfect home base for our Lassen trip with our 6-year-old and grandparents. We were very comfortable and Mark made sure that we had everything we needed, as well as gave us some great info on things to do and see nearby. The kitchen was very well equipped and we were able to eat every meal at the house because of that. If we are ever in the area again I would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful Getaway with Great Amenities and a Helpful Host

We had a wonderful stay at the Lake McCumber house! The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was especially impressive — fully stocked with all the essentials and more. We had so much fun playing ping pong together, and the peaceful, beautiful setting made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The host was also fantastic — very friendly and helpful, and provided great suggestions for local day trips. Highly recommend!
