Perfect sized property for 2 families with one bedroom and full bath downstairs and 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs. Everything was clean except the upstairs toilet wasnt flushed and a dirty pan in the oven. Minor issues overall and I would still highly recommend! Master closet upstairs has a pack-n-play and small crib for littles. Could use more towels and more utensils but our group of 6 had just enough.

Great location in Hacienda Heights

Spacious place with lots of rooms and bathrooms. Gated community with nice views from rooms and balconies. Very quiet at night.

Nice quiet location

Great property in quiet location. Plenty of beds for everyone. My only complaint is that the couch/living room seating was very small and limited. Big enough room to another long couch in there and give all guests a spot to hang out together.

Overall great and would stay there again. I understand it’s winter, but both outside patios were quite dirty. Two screens were off the doors, which was fine because we kept the doors closed due to winter weather.

Very spacious

Everything was nice and simple. Clean. Very spacious. Only thing that sucked was the gate control didn’t work for us so had to drive the longer way to go in through the front gate. And also after 2nd and 3rd shower the hot water ran out.

Excellent place to stay in Hacienda Heights

The problem with Hacienda Heights is that there are no good hotels in the area. Therefore, I always look for rentals through VRBO for places to stay. This townhouse is perfect for a family. My daughter and I are both enrolled in college courses. So, it was nice that we had our own places to study and do our coursework. The kitchen is a nice size and the fridge is full sized. There is a two car garage with a washer and dryer. These amenities made our stay even better. The host was completely responsive and readily answered our questions. This townhome gets my highest recommendation.

Secure location with 24 hour security. Arrived to rental and spent 1st day cleaning. Could not find way to keep ants controlled! Kids terrified of bugs in house for our week stay.

Pros: Baby-friendly furniture available, such as high chair and pack-and-play crib, as well as the trundle beds. Lot of space for guests to sleep.Cons: Very dirty floors, all of our feet turned black right away. There was no mop so I tried to clean it by hand using wet paper towels. Shoe prints in the bedroom. Guests pay a cleaning fee, so I would expect the place to be clean. Bathroom counters were dirty and stained, and the cutting boards had leftovers from the last use still stuck to it. Ice machine and water dispenser on the fridge not working. Kitchen didn't have enough forks, spoons, and knives for even a group of 6 adults. Some in the drawer were still dirty. I can't recommend this place based on the lack of cleanliness alone.The downstairs toilet wouldn't stop running at one point, despite efforts to make it stop. Quite noisy.This is a bit silly but the master bed/mattress is extremely squeaky, even shifting the weight a little would make a large noise. Was unfortunate with a baby sleeping in the room.Finally, the gutter outside is hanging off (pictured). Doesn't affect the stay but perhaps this is representative of the care they put into the place.

Hacienda Heights

First, statement of swimming pool available was FALSE, The pool was closed throughout our stay while it was the most important factor of choosing the property, Communication was hard too. Then the property was so dirty, feet turned black after walking on the floor. Supplies ran low and finished before we left, had to buy some ourselves. Also there were no tea towels, light bulb was not in the lamp, We were dissatisfied staying there.

Nice, potential to be nicer

1. Owners are very nice and were responsive to our needs. 2. Big and spacious home, great for a family situation. 3. A little dated, and not as clean as a rental should be. 4. Light bulbs out that we replaced. 5. Kitchen floor was unacceptably dirty. I used a lot of bleach and scrubbed it to make it half way decent. Flooring needs to be replaced. 6. Good neighborhood. 7. Use of the pool was great and we had it all to ourselves. It could be great with a little TLC and a little updating.

Very very dirty and bad equipped !!

The photos of the house on the vrbo website were looking good. But at arrival it was very disapointing. It was very very dirty, stains everywhere in the kitchen and bathrooms and everything in the kitchen was sticky from grease. We are a family of 6 people, there were only 2 forks, one cooking pot, no kitchen towels, no fabric cleaning wipes. The tile countertops are damaged , they can not be cleaned well. The kitchen is very old and should be replaced. There is mold in the refrigerator... people can get ill from dirt like that. Everywhere was dust and hair in the beds. When we took the sheets of before we left the house we found hair and dirt and stains on our mattress. The mattress in the downstairs bedroom should be replaced, you can not ly straight, you will roll over. The house is on a busy loud street. Not relaxing at all. The house needs a deep cleaning and repairs. When you pay a cleaning fee you expect to find a clean house and it was not!! Really really disappointing experience! I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND THIS HOUSE TO ANYONE !!!!

Casa sucia, camas desatendidas, tuvimos que esperar que llegara mantenimiento terminaron 2 am de limpiar cuando mi familia debería estar descansando del largo viaje, la alberca es comunitaria no es de la casa , la clave de la entrada de la puerta no funcionaba mi esposo se salió de una reunión para venir abrir con el control un caos . Alguien puso un mantel servicio y lo atacaron yo tengo videos y fotos . Quería cancelar pero no me regresaban mi dinero y eran de 2 noches ..la casa está muy bien área segura pero nesecita un buen mantenimiento detallado

The space was a good fit for my family and we appreciated having the extra room. However, the cleanliness could be improved. The downstairs bathroom needed more attention, and the towels and bedding in the downstairs bedroom should be refreshed. I also wanted to use the bassinet, but the mats were stained, which made it unusable. With a few updates and improvements, this could be a great stay.

Spacious, close to perfect home

This house is really great. Especially when you are traveling with adults who need their own room. You will have a hard time finding a 4bd 3bath home that doesn’t have twin beds or bunks. We all slept comfortably. The location is great. We flew in to Long Beach Airport and traffic wasn’t too bad. We also traveled to Disneyland, Pasadena, and LA during our stay and only caught traffic during rush hour from LA. The decks are beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet and there is security that drives around and is parked near the pool to make you feel safe. The check in process was so simple and the hosts were great with communication.

Great location, not super clean

The location of this property is fantastic, with amazing views of the mountains! And there is plenty of space for a family of 12 to have room to not be on top of each other. Bedrooms were great, with trundle options for kids, which was awesome. There was a great selection of spices in the cabinets, which helped for meals. Sadly, the pool was not open, which was one of the reasons we wanted to stay there. The kids were very disappointed the pool was closed and we didn't know. And the place was not super clean. None of us could walk inside the house without shoes on, because our feet would be black. If the house was a little cleaner, it would have been the perfect place. Even so, we had a fantastic time and loved the space and the views!
