Super clean and quiet. A perfect spot for a weekend trip! Hot tub was a godsend, the view was spectacular, the kitchen was clean and well equipped. The house itself is a gem. Comfy bed and furniture, a well thought-out design. Would recommend!

Absolutely fabulous loft for a beautiful weekend away. Interior was very modern and well decorated, host was beyond communicative and massive bonus points for being pet-friendly. The home was well stocked with basic essentials and the Surf Market was only a few minutes away for anything else. We can't wait to book a trip back.

This is a perfect place for a couple to get away for a few days. It was very clean and quite and close to hikes and good restaurants.

We loved it. Comfortable and cozy. Stars at night were amazing. Easy access to the walking paths. Bed was comfortable although the stairs to the loft needed careful navigation. Directions to the house were clear. Getting in to the house a bit of a problem when we arrived after dark. There is little to light your way. Would recommend arriving during daylight hours to get acquainted with the property and the house. Once we got our bearings, really enjoyed it.

Wonderful place for a couple plus a pup to get away, we would stay here again. One thing to note: the main bed is in the loft area so you have to go downstairs to access the one bathroom - be careful in the middle of the night, there’s only 1 handrail on the modernist stair and no risers. A few things needed maintenance (we left a list) but this did not detract from the experience. Highly recommended.

This would have been a five-star experience if not for the ant infestation in the kitchen that persisted throughout my stay. The property management company that handles this rental responded promptly when I notified them about the problem, but the bait traps they put out in response didn’t solve the problem. The house itself is lovely with a great view! And communication with the property management company was easy.

Great property. Just what we needed. Felt like home. Two decks one with a breeze in the sun and the other shaded with a hot tub. We loved it and so did our dog! We don't want to leave. All the details were amazing! Found everything you'd want at a get away. Will tell our friends to book it. We will be back!

We truly enjoyed our stay. It’s perfect for a couple’s getaway. The location is perfect for hiking trails and the view of the ocean was amazing. The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub which was very clean. We took our puppy, Luna, who did well with the stairs which was one of my concerns. It was a five star trip all the way around. Celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary. Thank you!!

Super Sea Ranch Studio

You couldnt ask for much more than this perfect little studio loft in Sea Ranch. Everything is updated and high qaulity. Great location with easy access to the walking trails. We would definitely stay here again

Beautiful Chill Getaway

The house was great, beautiful ocean views. It's small, but great for a couple (no bedroom door - loft only). The fireplace was so cozy. The only comment is the 10am check out is a little harsh. Other than that, 10 out of 10.

We never stayed in this home. I reserved it months ago and cancelled a week later. The property manager, Grand Welcome Sea Ranch, was wonderful! They reimbursed our money immediately. VRBO was slower but eventually reimbursed their fee. But they would not cancel the reservation. I called three times and they said they would "elevate the matter" and "get it done". Nothing happened. Then they sent me an email entitled: "All set for your trip to Santa Barbara" for this reservation in Sea Ranch! I have used VRBO for decades but noticed that they have been getting less reliable. I will never use them again.
