The Space:

Specifically found at The Greens, this fully air-conditioned home is designed with families in mind, offering comfort, convenience, and peace of mind with 24-hour security and a backup generator. Its outdoor patio provides the perfect moment for reflection, overlooking tranquil gardens, the lake, and the ocean.



The villa sleeps up to eight guests across three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The master suite features a four-poster king bed and a writing table set beneath tall windows with garden views. The second bedroom offers two full beds and a 65” Samsung flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom includes a queen bed. The bathrooms are modern and stylish, highlighted by marble tops and his-and-her basins; the main bathroom features a sunken tub with power air-jets for ultimate relaxation.



The living room serves as an inviting central hub, furnished with upholstered deep-cushion seating and a massive 80” Samsung flat-screen TV. Adjacent to the living space, a bright bay-window cove houses the six-seater dining area. The fully equipped kitchen features a flat-top cooking range, a double-door refrigerator with an ice maker, and all the modern appliances needed for a seamless stay. While dining, panoramic windows provide soothing views of the surrounding flora.



Outdoors, the large covered patio offers a serene setting for family gatherings against the backdrop of the landscaped grounds and water views. Getting Around:

Car not required but recommended if you wish to explore the Island. Golf cart can be rented in advance of your stay and waiting at the villa for you. We can assist with that process.



Other Things to Note:

Puerto Rico is an amazingly friendly Island and folks are laid back and on ISLAND TIME.



The owner can sponsor (for additional fees) access to the exclusive Dorado Beach Club, which offers you the unique Watermill Waterpark, Fitness Center, Discounted Golf privileges, and entry to the Encanto Beach Club with Watersports activities nearby.



Guest and Owner will sign an occupancy agreement detailing the terms of the stay. Guest may request a copy of this agreement at any time as it is specific to each Villa rental.



If a guest is bringing a pet we need to know in advance as there may be registration paperwork involved and a pet fee.



This villa has a specific allowance for electricity usage which covers normal use per day. If guests run all zones of AC 24/7, it has happened that guests may exceed the allowance and there is a surcharge for over usage based on actual bills or meter readings upon entry and exit. Excess electricity usage may be deducted from the Security deposit that is on hold with Airbnb. To avoid that please be mindful and turn off the AC units when you are not in the room.



Guests are responsible for ALL utilities for stays of a month or more.



If guests stay for longer than two weeks a mid-stay cleaning will be charged $195.



Additional fees required for membership sponsorship and Club Membership. “Dorado Club Membership”: access to discounted golf, Water Mill waterpark, the beach at Encanto, and Fitness and Wellness Center.
