House Rules:
1. Home Description:
This is a beautiful townhome less than a year old in the heart of RTP. This has around 2300 sq ft, its located 10 mins from RDU, RTP, Duke, Downtown, Brier-Creek & South-Point Malls & 20-25 mins from UNC, REX, WAKEMED (Raleigh & Cary).
In-Unit Laundry with Washer & Dryer on the third Floor.
You can Park your car on driveway.
Four BEDROOMS are furnished - 2 KING & 2 QUEEN sets. The First Floor Suite and Master Bedroom Suite comes with King Bedroom Set, Bedsheets, Comforter, Pillows etc.
Key-Less Entry, don't need to carry your key, just need your phone.
2. Household supplies
Kitchenware/Pots and Pans, Plates, Bowls, Dinnerware, Nespresso/Breville/Keurig Coffee Machine, Toaster, Towel, Bedsheets, Comforters, Pillows, Some Cleaning Supplies, Vacuum Cleaner etc.
3. Are there any rules related to guests?
Yes, Total Adults could be a max of 6
4. Kitchen
Utensils, Pots & Pans are provided for an average of 6--8 Adults, Kitchen equipped with Kitchen Appliances - Gas Range, Dishwasher, Microwave, Refrigerator, Garbage Disposal.
- Nespresso/Breville Coffee Machine, Toaster provided
- Next to Dining area with 9 Piece Dining Set (8 Chairs + 1 Table)
5. Appliances
Coffee Machine - Please handle with care. If you do not know how to operate the coffee machine, please check with the host. Any damage to the coffee machine will be charged back.
Comes with Like New Washer & Dryer along. The electric panels are located in the Garage & Network Closet is on the Main Floor(2nd Floor).
- Washer Detergent is ONLY Liquid to be used, No Powder to be used.
- With Every Dryer Cycle the lint needs to be cleaned.
6. Garbage
There is a weekly Trash Collection by GFL. The Tenants need to take out the trash on Tuesday EVENING and bring them back inside the garage by WEDNESDAY MORNING. Leaving it out for over 24 hours is an HOA violation. Recycle Collection is every other week on Wednesday.
7. Parking
Two Cars can be parked on the driveway and Parking on Street is not allowed.
Generally Two Vehicles per home is allowed. If you have more, please contact us.
8. CHECK IN
No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, KEYLESS entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone if you download the August App or else using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay after your booking.
Note: There is a KeyPad on the Left Side of the door at 5 feet high.
9. Pool/Hot Tub - Indoor Heated Pool (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) needs key fob
You will be provided with a key fob to have access to the 24/7 Gym, Outdoor Pool(if open) and other areas like Soccer, Basketball, Base Ball Tennis, Soccer, Club House, Ping Pong, Billiards, Dog Park etc.
