We had a great stay at this property! The kids loved the pool table and foosball table. We had a problem with the heating unit (on 12/31/25) and the owner was able to get the hvac people out to repair it quickly. Definitely will be back!

The host was wonderful. We traveled with a 2 month old and he made accommodations to make our stay great. House was clean and comfortable.

Guest and her family were wonderful guests! Communication was easy from start to finish, and they treated the home with care and respect. They left everything tidy and even a thoughtful treat in the freezer for us. I’d be happy to host them again anytime!

Amenities were excellent. My only request would be for something in the showers to improve the footing - a shower mat, appliqués, something to make it less slippery. But overall an excellent stay!

Wedding Getaway

This property is just perfect if you are in town for a visit for an event or just a destination stay! The beds are comfortable and it is VERY clean. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend the Mediterranean Grill & Grocery that is right in the neighborhood. Their lamb gyros are the best I’ve ever had and their baba ghanouj is absolutely amazing!

A lovely house in a quiet neighborhood, selected because of its proximity to our daughter’s home a few streets away. The house is immaculately clean and beautifully updated. Looking forward to being there with our family over Thanksgiving!

Golf Getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was what we expected. Great location for the courses we played and many amenities nearby. The only thing that was of concern that we noticed was that the back door did not lock. The doors from the covered sun porch did have a lock, however, they were glass and probably easily accessible. With us being away all day, we were a bit concerned about this. Overall, nice clean house, quiet area, and great location.

We had a few issues with our stay.1. No outlet in bathroom. 2. No wash clothes. 3. Older home in need of some TLC. 4. Unable to identity the advertised renovations. 5. Extremely uncomfortable mattresses.

Stay started with easy checkin but opened the door to a terrible smelling house. Owner was quick to respond with a bottle of Febreze, which somewhat masked the smell. We discovered black mold in the kitchen on the floor, around the dishwasher and in the lower cabinets, which was causing the smell. Let the owner know and vacated the property with request for a refund. Called customer service and sent pictures of the issue.

We truly respect all of our guests and always put their comfort first. This is the very first time we’ve received such a complaint, as we maintain a high standard of cleanliness and care. Prior to check-in, the floors were freshly mopped, though the home does experience some natural moisture at times. As soon as this guest shared their concern, we responded immediately in line with their request. After their departure, we conducted a thorough inspection and found that some old wood in the lower cabinets needed to be replaced, which has since been addressed. We take feedback seriously and would never want any guest to feel uncomfortable in our home.

This spacious 4 bedroom home was in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and had a modern kitchen. The pool table was enjoyable because my wife had never played before. I got to teach her the game. We came down because my dad was staying at Duke hospital and we wanted something close by. I was pleased at all the places nearby to eat, including a chic-fil-a about 2 minutes away. This place felt more like a home than just a rental place. The back yard was fenced in and offers plenty of room for kids to play. It was too hot this week end to enjoy the sun room. However, on cooler days I would have definitely spent a lot of time there. The bedding was clean and mattresses were very comfortable. I have nothing but positive things to say about this house and highly recommend it to anyone. Check in was super easy and the WiFi was super fast.
