This Spanish style guest house is exceedingly private and offers one of the best locations on the island. A mere 100 yards from beautiful Gulf of Mexico beach and a short 3 block walk into town where one can find wonderful shopping, as well as fabulous restaurants and a bakery. One bedroom with queen bed; modern bath with large shower, large sitting room with flat screen TV and WiFi. Kitchenette with two burner cooktop, small sink, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Guest house has terra cotta tile floors and historical ceiling beams. Located on larger property with lawns and beautiful Florida landscaping.

there should have been more info! Although a parking pass was left out, I did not notice it until too late and a 200 parking fine ensued. Amenities missing that are in most houses: coffee, shampoo. Cute house, good location; but could be better.

A tucked away gem

This is our 5th stay at the casita - love the privacy and proximity to the beach - less than a block away and just a few blocks from the center of town. Need I say more!

Perfect location and space for a peaceful get away for two

Perfect casita with everything we needed. Two minutes to the beach for sunsets. Bike and walking trails steps away. Great restaurants within blocks. Low key and restorative. Plenty of privacy with a very responsive host. We’ll be back!

Spring Training in Boca Grande

The accommodation was perfect for my wife and I and located just a few blocks from downtown and excellent restaurants. It was very clean and just as advertised on VRBO. We visited the area to take in some Spring training baseball games and relax at the beach. The baseball was good but, while located just a block from the beach, we were unable to spend time on the beach due to the red tide that is impacting the region.

Beach Bomb

We came to enjoy the great beach but the red tide made it impossible to even be on the beach due to coughing and many large dead fish. Beaches were totally deserted because of the red tide conditions.
