This is our 5th stay at the casita - love the privacy and proximity to the beach - less than a block away and just a few blocks from the center of town. Need I say more!
Easy one block walk to beach access. Easy walk to shopping/restaurants/coffee. Home was just as described and perfect for my husband and I on a wedding weekend getaway.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely bungalow! Gave us complete privacy along with convenient walking distance to both town restaurants and beach. Host went out of his way to make our stay perfect.
We love this little casita. Great location close to stores and beach and restaurants . We rented bikes and biked the island. It was so cozy and cute. We had a great time and would definitely rent again
Perfect location and space for a peaceful get away for two
Perfect casita with everything we needed. Two minutes to the beach for sunsets. Bike and walking trails steps away. Great restaurants within blocks. Low key and restorative. Plenty of privacy with a very responsive host. We’ll be back!

Overpriced —even for Boca Grande
Old and very basic. Kitchenette needs a total upgrade
The accommodation was perfect for my wife and I and located just a few blocks from downtown and excellent restaurants. It was very clean and just as advertised on VRBO. We visited the area to take in some Spring training baseball games and relax at the beach. The baseball was good but, while located just a block from the beach, we were unable to spend time on the beach due to the red tide that is impacting the region.
We came to enjoy the great beach but the red tide made it impossible to even be on the beach due to coughing and many large dead fish. Beaches were totally deserted because of the red tide conditions.
The casita delivers! It is calm, it is quiet and beautifully cared for. We’ve visited Boca Grande for 30 years, this being our first stay in the Historic District. Our 2 week visit, for the purpose of walking, perfect. Daily beach walks, sunset. Off to Whiddens, down to Hudson’s, past the Inn-all a very pleasurable walk from the casita. The grounds are green, tended, a lovely private oasis. The interior, so comfortable. We found everything to be as it should be (and as described and pictured), and our host was very attentive to assure we were comfortable. This is a special place with historic value to Boca Grande. Very enjoyable!
Boca Grande is paradise & this Casita guesthouse is like finding a mini paradise within paradise. If you are traveling with 2 people who can share a queen size bed then this is where you should stay! The Casita is private, beautiful and very well furnished and stocked with supplies. They provide beach chairs & beach towels, The kitchette has 2 small refrigerators, a microwave, a toaster oven & a Mr. Coffee maker. There is a cooktop w/ two electric eyes. I would not suggest cooking any meals except breakfast but there are so many fabulous restaurants on the island there is really no need. There is easy access to a carport where you can charge your golf cart. We chose to go to the Lighthouse beach which is only a few blocks away. The Casita is BEAUTIFULLY landscaped. The landscaping is gorgeous. We enjoyed drinking our coffee on our front porch in the beautiful yard in the mornings. The Casita also has 2 TVS, one in the living area & one in the bedroom. There is a closet with plenty of hangars. The shower is fabulous. Treat yourself & stay at this Casita if available when you are in Boca.
This small casita is perfectly located to get to downtown Boca, the beach or Millers Marina. It’s great for two people and very private. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and love it!
The location and proximity to the beach/down town is fantastic. Very well kept and charming casita which was a perfect place for our weekend get away. We would definitely consider this property again on future travels.
