I honestly LOVED that the cabinets were labeled! The location is great, across from the beach access and close to the shops in Corolla. We didn't get to use the pool as the water was still too chilly but we enjoyed the hot tub. We had a lovely trip.

It is right across from the beach access. The ocean was a little rough when we went, but the Beach was nice and the lifeguard/beach rescue stand was right at entrance. If you like turtles. Be sure to take a short walk to community lake. What an experience! We would go back!

Disappointment

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We looked at the pictures online and were well aware that it was not new, large, or even that updated, which we were ok with as it was so close to the beach and dog friendly. We were very disappointed in the upkeep of the property and cleanliness. When we arrived the beach access across the street was closed for 2 days. One of the showers would not drain. It took 3 days til it was fixed. This property has great potential but needs a major cleaning. The pool was nice but not much concrete space around the pool. The hot tub was very nice but the cover was extremely heavy and took all the strength of 2 people to put back on the hot tub. Very disappointing vacation, nothing relaxing about this property.

The house is very close to the beach and has a wonderful pool. The kitchen is well stocked and the rooms are spacious. Our only complaint was with the refrigerator getting too cold and freezing food, but we contacted maintenance so it should be resolved for the next guess. We loved our stay.

Amazing location!

We loved that it was pet friendly and that it had a pool and hot tub. The home itself is very dated. We cleaned the home again when we arrived because there was clumps of white dog hair everywhere. The yard was overgrown and is very sandy in areas, which was tracked into the pool (no way to avoid it). Landscapers did come the day before we left and cut the grass. Before then we picked up lots of sticks and debris that were everywhere around the yard and put it in the beach buggy hoping management would remove. The fridge freezes food so set to a very low setting. Overall we made the best of it.

The house was clean and comfortable. The only things that could have made our stay even better would be a gas grill or another grill.

Our Big Chill Vacation

The location is directly across the street from the beach walkway and we also had our own big pool and hit tub. The living quarters were all open and the kitchen was large enough for three - four of us in there getting the meals done. The house was spotless, large and comfortable. We are planning on staying thee again.

The house was in a perfect location to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The house could use a few updates like new mattresses and furniture. I was not happy with the cleanliness of the house. Bedrooms had to be 80 at night, calls resulted in owners dropping temperature 2 degrees. Unacceptable. The pool was great but the sand was never vacuumed before we arrived or during the week . I would given overall rating a 5 if not for the AC

Not what it seems

The pictures were clearly taken many years ago. This house is outdated and run down. I had to call and have them come back to clean. It didn’t look like they cleaned at all! When they sent someone back she couldn’t clean much cuz our stuff was all over. This place was a huge disappointment and should have been half the price.

Great Location -could use updates and repairs

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was a decent size but in need of some upgrades and repairs. We were concern that a ceiling might fall in due to prior water damage at the house for starters. There were also a few other deficiencies that needed to be addressed. The house keeping staff forgot to put sheets on one bed and we went two nights without sheets on that bed. The house cleanliness upon arrival was as if the last renter tried to clean the unit instead of a housekeeping staff. The location was excellent and the pool was much enjoyed. We would stay here again, but not for the same price we paid given the condition of the unit.

Great Late Season Getaway

The pool and hot tub were a treat and alot of the time we spent on the middle and top decks enjoying the view. The beach path was close and we could see the waves on some days from the house. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location but dirty

We loved the location as it was very close to the beach. The pool was also spacious. The rental was quite dirty. There was dog hair everywhere even after sweeping and vacuuming several times. The whole place needs a good deep cleaning. We also had problems with the master commode as it would keep running after flushing. Overall, great location but needs better housekeeping.
