Ski privé mais pratique in / ski out Chalet

Notre cabine de ski, récemment rénovée, avec deux chambres et une salle de bain, offre une expérience de chalet familiale, située dans la colonie de chalets originale de la magnifique Silver Star Mountain. L'emplacement idéal pour skier et skier, vous permettra de vous rendre à pied depuis le village et les deux parkings vous offrent un confort optimal.

Dégagez vos bottes et détendez-vous dans la cabine confortable, ou détendez-vous dans le bain à remous privé aprÚs une belle journée sur la colline.

Une expérience de cabine parfaite n'est pas complÚte sans tous les avantages de la maison. De 2 TV, satellite, lecteur DVD à Internet haute vitesse et une station iPod.

Ça ne va pas mieux que ça. Venez vivre notre chez-soi!
Caution ou dépÎt de dommages

Un dépÎt de garantie remboursable de 300 CAD est exigible immédiatement.
Lorsque cela est justifié, le dépÎt (ou une partie de celui-ci) est remboursé dans les 7 jours du départ.

Spring break ski trip

Everything was great. Guy was very helpful with all questions. We enjoyed the cozy cabin. We would have liked to have been a little closer to the lift but we enjoyed our stay greatly.

great ski cabin at Silverstar

This was a cozy authentic ski cabin that our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed for 4 nights. It was an easy walk to the village. We loved the hot tub after a day on the slopes. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We would love to return!

Little slice of mountain history!

Enjoyed our stay with our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 middle school age kids) in this little piece of Silver Star history in the original Cabin Colony. Super host, easy parking, comfy beds and living room seating, and a superb location with an easy, short, flat walk to the village and to ski. Hot tub ambiance on the deck was pristine and the many board games available in the cabin made for fun family nights. If you are looking for a true cabin in the heart of Silver Star, then this is your place!

Great spring ski weekend

Cozy ski chalet experience full of character and comfort. Location was excellent, super close to the village with easy access for apres-ski or dinner out. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need, including espresso maker and spices. Beds were super comfortable with soft flannel sheets. The icing on the cake is the host Guy, he was incredibly resoonsive and helpful. A great property and experience.

Friends Reunion

We are four senior women long time friends -3 since 80’s and one who should have been! We had such fun! The chalet was perfect for the four of us 
 would be great for a family with a couple of young kids
 just not as much privacy as two couples wanting a romantic time might hope for. I gave 3 stars on one account only because the chalet was advertised with a hot tub but we actually paid extra for it.I would definitely stay again.

Perfect weekend getaway

The chalet was perfect for my wife and I with easy walkable access to the village, very comfortable living space, kitchen and hot tub under the stars. Greg was extremely attentive as host. We’ll definitely be back.

Super cozy Cabin right near the village

We absolutely loved Guy and Sue's cabin! So homely, beds super comfortable and love the reclining comfy chairs next to the fire. Very private feel even though you are close to other properties, it's surrounded by mature trees. The hot tub was perfect, right on the deck. Thank-you, we will be back!

Peaceful hideaway

We really enjoyed the 4 nights we stayed. The location is minutes from the village but feels so private hidden up in the trees. The hot tub was a huge bonus after long days biking. The cabin is equipped with everything you would ever need for your stay. Hopefully we’ll be back another time!!

Great spring skiing accommodation

This cabin has everything. Loved the espresso machine, gas fire, boot dryer and hot tub. Great location; right between the lifts and tube park and skating pond. Short walk to the village. Lots of games and videos, Xbox.

Cozy Cabin!

We had a great time at Guy and Susan’s cabin! Tucked away at the top of the mountains nestled in the trees, this was the perfect place to end a day of sightseeing and beach going! It was fully equipped with everything you needed, beds were extremely comfortable, hot tub was a hit with the teens and adults alike, and the hosts were so great at answering any questions we had! We will definitely be back.

Cosy old school home on snow.

It's just great fun to stay here if your hearts sing at the prospect of the slightly unusual and yearn for the prospect of a warm snug home to return to after a day on the fun and varied slopes of Silver Star. The cabin is original, compact and very liveable, with hot tub beneath the snowy pines surrounding the deck.The village and slopes are a snowballs throw away. We loved it all.

Clean, comfortable and great location!

This has been an amazing experience throughout! Guy, the owner, called me the day prior to my stay to ask if I had any questions and make sure I was comfortable with the check-in process. He also made sure to clarify he was available if I had any questions. He was great with responses but honestly we didn’t need to reach out much! Location of property: About a 5min walk to the village and 10m walk to chair lifts. Comfort: beds were very comfortable - we only used 2 out of the 3 beds, but they had warm sheets with extra blankets if needed. The mattresses were comfortable. The cabin is on the smallish side but in a comfortable, cozy kind of way. At no point did we feel like it was too small. The stairs are a bit steep but we have stayed in cabins in Silverstar before and because of the A-frame shape, that’s just how they seem to be. So be extra careful when going up and down them (which Guy did caution us on). Accessibility: we are very fortunate to not be super limited when it comes to accessibility so we had no trouble. There were stairs up to the cabin from the road. There was a pullout couch in the living room area if anyone is limited with the steep stairs. Cleanliness: everything felt very clean. We were very comfortable Extras: great assortment of dishes, utensils, cooking utensils, pots and pans, spices and everything you need to make a good cup of coffee! (We brought our own coffee)Would have been great to have Netflix but cable worked great!Thank you Guy!!

Extremely hospitable host

Great communication and concern for their guests experience. We had a mixup with our booking, and weren’t able to stay at the cabin after all. The host was very understanding and communicative, and we were able to work out a reasonable plan. Can’t wait to stay in their adorable cabin in the future.
