Amazing Mountain Home in Blue River-7 minutes from Breckenridge!
This home in Blue River is just 7 minutes to Breckenridge and is perfect for a group or family getaway. It is almost 3300 square feet so it feels like a larger home. Lots of recent upgrades which are too numerous to mention but do include new kitchen appliances , furniture, and TVs. The oversized downstairs living room (with a queen bed and bunk beds) makes this live like a 4 bedroom. We think that our street may be the nicest street in Blue River as it is paved, has great views of the mountains, and has nothing but high end homes.
Staying just down the road from Breck is truly a Colorado mountain experience. The views here are breathtaking from many rooms in our home and most of the property especially from our private hot tub. You know you’re in the mountains here.
The master bedroom is large with a king bed and a spacious bathroom. There is a balcony off of this bedroom with an unobstructed view of Quandary Peak. On the main level there are two bedrooms. One with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed with ample closet space. The basement serves as a second living room or an additional sleeping area that has a queen bed and bunk beds.
We are a short (7 minutes) ride away from the heart of Breckenridge and to several skier parking lots. Talk to Mike about the best and cheapest parking lots on the mountain. The Summit bus line that goes directly to Breck is a short walk down our street to the bus stop along Route 9. We have owned in Breckenridge for 20 years and this Blue River location is fast becoming our favorite in Summit County. We expect to spend close to 7 months here. This is a new listing but the reviews of other nearby homes are excellent. People love this location! A four wheel drive vehicle is highly recommended for Summit County in the winter months as we can get a lot of snow.
