Our time at the beach was amazing and one of the reasons was the condo we stayed in. From finding a location that fit our needs and budget, Mark and Beverly's condo provided all we needed and also made the process really seamless.Timely, accurate communication was handled via email and messaging, easy payment online. The condo sits right off the boardwalk to the beach, just what we had hoped for.I highly recommend Mark and Beverly's condo and hope we'll be back soon.

The host was very good. The beach view was as stated. Checking in and out was very easy. Location was good. Parking was very good. There was a lot to do in the area and the visitor center was close by. Gulf State Park was very close. Daily shopping needs are close by. The condo building was quiet. The carts were a big help in moving in and out. Beach equipment was available. We would recommend this unit.

Wonder Weekend Getaway

We absolutely enjoyed our weekend at Mark and Beverly’s place at Romar Beach! Everything about it was just perfect for our family, and Mark was so helpful and accommodating! Definitely hope to stay again!

Perfect vacation spot

The unit was very nice and clean and have everything a family would need to function daily. The owner was pleasant to work with and my family had an amazing time. I would highly recommend anyone to go and visit and stay at the same location we did.

We had such a great experience at this rental. Great location to beach and resturants. The room was very clean and comfortable! The owners were great at communication. Will try to stay here every time we visit!

Pictures and description were spot on. Property was clean, spacious, and had most of what we needed for our 10 night stay. Having 2 full bathrooms with tubs was super helpful coming back in for the night after a day at the beach/pool. As a heads up to other travelers, this property is right next to a Hilton hotel and the hotel plays very loud music from 8am -10pm for their pool hours. You don't hear the music inside the condo, but it hits you when you go outside and can hear from the pool area and also from the balcony a bit. It personally didn't bother us, but could see it being problematic for others looking for a quiet getaway, so thought I would mention it.Condo also had everything we needed for the beach/pool. However, if owner would add a wagon and some sort of cooler for drinks/sandwiches to the equipment closet, it would have been super helpful for us as we didn't have room to bring these items with us from home.Another thing we missed was cooking spices. There was literally nothing, not even salt/pepper. Not sure if local health rules in the area prevent from providing those, but several other rentals we have done in Florida and other places usually had these, so this kind of caught us off guard and was just one more thing we had to buy to be able to effectively cook meals at the condo.Overall it was a great stay and would recommend this property to friends/family.

Relaxing

We don't go a lot of places while on vacation just mainly use the time to relax. Easy access to the beach with lots of good places to eat very close by. We love this area!

We had a wonderful stay here! It was great to be at a place that has its own beach so that I did not have to worry about my kids crossing the street! The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

Great place! The only thing to make it better would be new mattresses on the twin size beds! Otherwise we had a great time and the place was super nice!
