Vous ne trouverez pas une autre vue comme celle-ci sur le «côté du lever du soleil» du pouce. Profitez d'une vue panoramique sur le lac Huron depuis le confort du chalet récemment rénové ou tout en vous relaxant sur la plage. Admirez la vue sur le phare de Harbour Beach en regardant les cargos passer. Les 215 pieds de plage de sable privée est un joyau rare dans la région de Harbour Beach. Et le bar de sable qui semble durer éternellement est parfait pour les enfants de tous âges. Le chalet, magnifiquement rénové en 2016 et 2018, dort dix ans, et offre une cuisine avec un nouveau comptoir en granit, des armoires et des appareils ménagers. Le chalet, situé sur une voie privée, boisée, tranquille, est de cinq miles du centre-ville de Harbour Beach et seulement une balade à vélo du parc Wagener qui offre une aire de jeux et des sentiers boisés. La route de métro-Detroit ne prend que quelques heures, donc vous pouvez passer plus de temps à vous détendre et moins de temps dans la voiture. Alors que le chalet fournit la retraite parfaite sur la plage pour une escapade au calme, il n'est pas sans commodités modernes. Internet sans fil et câble sont inclus, et il ya un lave-vaisselle, lave-linge et sèche-linge. Le chalet est relié à l'eau potable de la ville.

Everything you need

The location on the water and views were amazing. Quiet area with all kinds of activities for the children and relaxation for the adults. Wonderful home. We all enjoyed our vacation.

Can’t express how awesome this stay was. They were able to get us in within a day of leaving. Family friendly and lots to do with kids of all ages. Steps away from the beach with was awesome.

Beautiful views, from almost every room. Everything was on one level, this was nice for my older parents. Everything was clean and well maintained. Owner was very attentive and friendly. We would stay here again

Awesome Lake House

Very clean. Check in process was seamless. Awesome view of Lake Huron. Beach was incredible for the kids to play in the sand. Outdoor shower was icing on the cake for cleaning up the kids! Harbor Beach is a quaint town with a great harbor.

Piece of Heaven

What they don’t say is how great the beach area is, it is like having a private beach. Our family was there for a week and only had a few people walk by. The sand was soft the water was clear. The cottage was as nice if not nicer than the pictures. If you are looking for a peaceful vacation with a wonderful view this is the place. We are looking forward to going back.

Beautiful beach home with amazing sunrises and star gazing

We truly enjoyed our visit at this lakefront home - woke early for view of sunrise, stayed up late for star gazing, spent much of the time at the beach with grandkids playing in the sand, and built bonfires in the evening. The home is clean, well equipped in the kitchen for us to make our meals, the beds are comfortable, the home is beautifully decorated making us feel right at home. This is our second visit here and we hope to return again in the future!! Highly recommend this place!! Recommendation: first time we didn't need water shoes, this time we definitely needed them - glad we brought them both times since this is on the west side of the lake. The beach changes daily.

Such a beautiful view

1. Jackie is a great host, communicates promptly, and is very accommodating. I would recommend her to anyone. 2. The cottage is lovely and the view of the lake for the majority of the building and grounds is amazing. 3. Great fire pit and accessible to my handicapped relative. 4. Bring your water shoes! I'm a long time Michigan cottage goer, so I can say confidently this portion of Lake Huron is ROCKY - like fist sized to much larger boulders. It is shallow for quite a ways, so floating toys would also be wonderful. We brought some paddle boards with us and were really glad we did. They made using the water wonderful. Overall, we had a great time. I would stay with Jackie again!

Gem on Lake Huron

I can not say enough good things about this property! Great location, beautiful big sandy beach, house was spotless, owner provides so many amenities, outstanding lake views. It felt like staying at a friend's place more than a rental! We had a boat that we docked at the Harbor Beach Marina for the week...close and convenient. This trip was just 4 adults, but we all agreed next time we would bring the kids....they would love it! Perfect place to getaway with family and/or friends!

Wonderful time !!! My 94 year old mom stayed with us and the cottage was super easy for her to navigate. My granddaughter s loved the kids room , but spent most of their time in the water!

Beautiful Property

Updated and tastefully decorated home on beachfront property. Enough room for 9 of us. Master is away from other 2 rooms for privacy. The view from cottage is amazing. Grassy area and beach for the kids to play. Water was shallow enough even for the little ones. Large patio for sitting back and enjoying cocktails. Small town is 5 miles away. We enjoyed going to Smalley's and walking the pier. We've stayed at multiple properties on Lake Huron and would definitely return to this one!

Perfect getaway

Cook’s Cove was the perfect getaway. There were two families (four adults, four kids ages 6-14) and we never felt cramped or short on space, even when we had two days of severe storms with no internet or tv (no fault of the owner, just Mother Nature!). The property is even better in person than shown in the pictures. Everything you would need is at your fingertips, including a beautiful sandy beach to enjoy! There is plenty of room in the house to have privacy should you want it, and the owners have made the best use of every square inch. Jackie was responsive to our questions. It was a lovely stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

MI SUMMER 2020

My family and I could not have prayed for a better place to be for one of the last weekends of summer in MI! The weather was perfect and the cottage was out of a dream! The Cook family has created a piece of heaven on earth! We flew in from California and enjoyed every single second being at Cooks Cove! The beach, fireplace, and kitchen were our favorite spots! Hope to visit again in the future!

Beautiful get-away home on the lake

WOW - is a perfect response to this beautiful home on Lake Huron!! We had a wonderful vacation at Cook's Cove home in Harbor Beach. The home was very comfortable and the beach was awesome! We spent every day with our kids and grandkids on the beach - swimming, relaxing, looking for stones, playing in the water. The details in the decorating - made you feel right at home and the layout in the kitchen allowed us to enjoy the meals together with most items needed for cooking and meals. The sunrises were beautiful and the patio on the back of the home - allowed us to relax with a lake view. There was also a firepit near the beach - what a great time star-gazing and making Smores while talking with family! We highly recommend this home for a vacation!! Thank you for quick response from the owners when we had an issue during the stay - thank you Jackie for your help and quick replies! Again - we recommend this place highly for a get-away and much needed relaxation vacation!!

The view is magnificent and the beach is large and sandy. The cottage has plenty of room for a family but you will spend the whole time outdoors. We can't wait to come again!

Cook's Cottage

The cottage is beautiful and open floor plan. Everything you need is provided. This make for a wonderful stay, just bring your clothes and groceries and you are good to go. The beach is outstanding and the outside area is absolutely the best. We have found a gem with this cottage, this was our second year going here and we plan to return in the future. I would highly recommend for a family vacation!

My husband and I are both Harbor Beach natives. Although we moved away from the area 20 years ago, the cottage gives us an opportunity to spend time again on Lake Huron with family and friends.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The cottage offers 215 feet of sandy lakefront, a rare gem in the Harbor Beach area. Harbor Beach is an ideal place for a vacation, located only two hours north of metro-Detroit and between the resort towns of Caseville, Port Austin, and Lexington.
