This beautiful three-story townhome is located just .4 miles from shops, restaurants, and nightlife located on Seiver Ave in South Knoxville and 3.5 miles over Henley Street bridge from Neyland Stadium and the University of Tennessee.
With top notch biking trails less than two miles away at Bakers Creek Preserve this location is close to it all!

Discover your perfect escape at the relaxing The Market Nest, a two bed two bath townhome, nestled in the heart of the South Knox neighborhood. Whether you`re seeking a peaceful retreat or an adventurous exploration of East Tennessee, this delightful townhome offers the ideal blend of comfort and convenience.
You will access the home from the rear complex parking lot using the keypad door lock. This will lead you into the kitchen with granite counter tops, bar top seating and stainless steel appliances. Next you will see the spacious living room equipped with a trundle style foldout sofa with two chairs to relax and watch the 75` TV and YouTube TV! When it comes to bedtime the couch converts to a queen bed to maximize sleeping space.
Take the stairs to the second floor which contains the loft style master suite with a queen bed, flat screen TV, and walk in closet. In the second floor full bath you can enjoy the walk-in tile shower. Located between the two is the stackable washer and dryer for your convenience.
You will walk through the second floor master to get to the the third floor. Please note this is an open concept floor plan and there is no door on the 2nd floor bedroom.
The top floor is an inside/outside combination. As you come up the stairs you will find a second full bath with a tub and the second bedroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV and spacious closet. The sliding glass doors lead you to the rooftop patio overlooking the river, equipped with Adirondack chairs and a side table it`s a great space to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or unwind and watch the sun go down.
- This home offers high speed internet for all your connectivity needs and also includes free YouTube TV for your viewing pleasures.
- Each level is equipped with its own air conditioning unit to help keep you feeling comfortable all the time.
- Sounds machines are provided in both bedrooms for a more peaceful sleeping experience
- Portable bluetooth speaker located in living room
- Laundry and kitchen essentials provided: dish soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry pods and dryer sheets
- No pets allowed. There will be a $500 fee for any pet seen on the property.
