BEAUTIFULLY RENOVATED HOUSEBOAT on Tennessee River with golfcart in Knoxville !

This 1984 50’ Jamestowner has undergone a complete renovation! You’ll enjoy the rustic beams on the ceiling while enjoying new furniture, all new appliances, new kitchen & comfortable bedding.
I fell in love with this boat when first I saw it and knew with a little love and TLC it could be restored to new life! I know you will have fond memories of this very unique stay in beautiful East Tennessee! The boat is located at Volunteer Landing Marina. Downtown Knoxville and the beautiful Volunteer Landing are a short walk away.
***Please note that the boat must stay at the marina and attached to the slip. I will provide a golf cart for your use during your stay for transporting your belongings. I will meet you for check-in and go over basic systems of the boat and will leave you to your privacy, but I'm only a text or call away in case you need anything.

***Swimming is not permitted from the boat or within 100 yards of the marina per TN State law.

***This may not be suitable for young children due to proximity of water.

Responsible pet owners are are welcome to bring pets but only with prior approval and fee applies based on type of pet(s) and length of stay. Pets are permitted only with prior approval and a fee applies which may vary but is typically $15/pet per day depending on size/breed and length of stay. They must be under a flea control regimen, not permitted on furniture/bedding, and not left while owners are out unless crated and non barking. Thank you for your cooperation so the accommodation is pleasant for future guests and those in boats nearby.

***Tennessee Volunteers home football gameday weekends, UT graduation, and Big Ears Festival require a 3 night minimum stay***

**Absolutely NO parties or loud outdoor music is permitted and additional visitors must get host approval to maintain the security of the marina. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. I take the marina requirements very seriously and guests may be asked to vacate with no refund if I receive a complaint. It is a family oriented facility and being able to rent my houseboat here is a privilege. Thank you for making it a pleasant location for all marina guests.

We had a great stay on Angie's houseboat. It was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. The location was perfect for sailgating before the Tennessee game and just a short walk from Neyland Stadium. We'll definitely stay here again.

I have rented over 50 VRBOs and ARBNBs and Angie was the greatest host ever. She met us there, walked us through everything. She stocked the fridge with water, had snacks for us, and made us cup cakes. In addition, She provided us a golf cart to use. I recommend this property amd using any property Angie owns. Best host E V E R!!!!!!!

So.much.fun! I highly recommend the sat on the houseboat. We walked everywhere...Market Square, dinners, the farmers market, the pro womens bball hall of fame. The boat was so much fun. Everything we needed. We dropped the kayak in behind the boat and had a blast. Host super responsive and no problems. Super safe and everyone on the other boats were super friendly. LOVED IT!

Our stay was amazing. We came for the Savannah Bananas game and it was perfect to be able to be to walk to the stadium. The host allowed us to check in early, which was wonderful. We really enjoyed the houseboat experience something our kids will definitely remember. Even though we had some rainy weather it didn’t ruin our stay. The accommodations were exceptional. It was clean and it had everything that we needed. We enjoyed the Kayaks as well. Wonderful host.

Angie was super informative as she walked us thru the houseboat and showed us all the amenities! Kitchen was plenty stocked, patio decks and inside was beautifully furnished. Loved the golf cart, very handy! We absolutely enjoyed our stay on the houseboat, fishing and hanging out on the top deck. Will 100% contact Angie the next time we come to Knoxville. No issues whatsoever!! Thank you Angie for such wonderful accommodations, so much better than a hotel room!

Angie was a fabulous host - very responsive and flexible. The houseboat is adorable and very well equipped with everything you need. The waters and snacks were greatly appreciated. We really loved kayaking down the Knoxville River and the golf cart was great for luggage. Hope to be back again

House boat vacation

This house boat is a 10 out of 10 and I'd recommend it to anyone that want's to stay on a boat verses a cabin. This was our first experience staying on a house boat and it was an awesome stay. Our host Angie was so welcoming and helpful in letting us know what was available to do in the area.
