This cozy and comfortable 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is located within walking distance to popular restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and more, and is less than a 10-minute drive to downtown Nashville.

Located in the popular Lockeland Springs neighborhood in East Nashville, this space offers a great combination of location, privacy, relaxation, and value! Featuring an open floor plan, high ceilings, and lots of windows, you can enjoy a quiet and comfortable respite away from home, yet still be just minutes from the action!

This 475 square foot space has two rooms, with a comfy new queen bed, a roomy sofa that is large enough to sleep one person, a private bathroom, a small living area adjacent to the bed, and a sitting/eating area, with a table and chairs.

Includes a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, Keurig machine (coffee included), microwave oven, and hot/cold filtered water.

*Note: This unit does not have a kitchen.*

** Update: We're installing a small kitchenette in this unit in April 2021. It will have a sink, utensils, cookware and dishes. There will be a small hot plate and toaster oven, but no range or stove. **

There is a washer and dryer available for use inside the unit.

The space is adjacent to our renovated 1896 home, and has a completely separate, private entrance. It is on the second story, up one flight of stairs.

Check-in/out: 4PM/11AM (exceptions can usually be made to accommodate your schedule if coordinated in advance with me).

Less than a 2-minute walk:
- Lockeland Table restaurant
- The Post - coffee and juice bar
- Sweet 16th - bakery
- Italia - pizza, pasta, Mediterranean

The popular "5-Points" area is an easy 7-10 minute walk, with many popular spots:

-3 Crow Bar, Tenn Sixteen, Red Door, Bongo Java, and more!

The space itself is lovely and we had everything we needed to make our 4 day stay comfortable. Lots of neat shops and places are within walking distance. Even with a car, everything we wanted to do in Nashville was accessible. It's also quiet in the area. Would recommend and book again, thank you!

The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and the bed was great. The neighborhood is very walkable and fun. The bus system is excellent, and the stop was only 2 minutes away from the apartment. Our host Bobby was very attentive making sure we comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this place!!!! Hope to come back again!!

Bobby's apartment was a perfect home base for us during a short visit to Nashville! The location is great since it's close to downtown as well as walking distance from the 5 Points District. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and feel like we could make ourselves at home for a few days. I recommend it!

Wonderful location and clean apartment

A peaceful resting spot

Cannot say enough good things about the space or the host. The space was clean, very thoughtfully designed and organized, and made my stay so easy. Bobby was friendly and very accessible via the app and text! My only note relates to location - NOT a critique but a tip if you aren’t familiar with the city and staying here without a car and relying on Uber/Lyft — use the reserve/schedule a ride feature if you have any time sensitive activities in the Gulch (dinner reservations, show tickets, wedding things) to ensure a ride. Traffic between East Nashville and Downtown can be a little tricky. .

Exactly what I needed

Such a cute, cozy place with plants was perfect for me and my friend. We enjoyed everything from the lights and the garden area to the heated floors in the bathroom. The place was easy to find and close to downtown. The owner is very responsive and friendly. I will stay here again for sure.❤️😁

Great location, clean and comfortable

Really enjoyed this VRBO. Comfortable, quiet, beautifully decorated. Perfect size for me and my boyfriend. We were visiting family in the neighborhood so this was easy walking distance to them, but also to coffee shops, small bars, restaurant and other shops. Easy walk to 5 points and short drive into downtown.

Nashville getaway

My husband and I were visiting Nashville for the first time. This place was perfect! It was cozy quite/relaxed setting, and had everything we needed. We were close to downtown shopping, restaurants, and bars. Bobby, the host, was always available if we needed something, immediately receptive to tx messages. My husband and I arrived several hours early, and Bobby was so kind to let us check in early. I would definitely stay at Bobby's place again!!!
