The Space:
Please note the building is currently making repairs to balconies through the Spring of 2025. Noise may be audible during daytime work hours and balcony access/views may be impacted. Please contact us, and we may be able to provide more detailed information on potential impacts for your travel dates. All building amenities are open and available, there is no impact to the inside of the property, and you'll be spending so much time at the beach we hope you'll hardly notice the work! You’ll access the home via a door code that we’ll confirm with you prior to your stay.

✔ Polar Bear Dip: If you’re around on New Year’s Day, head to the Flora-Bama for the Polar Bear Dip and take a chilly plunge in the Gulf!
✔ Fort Morgan Oyster Fest: Get excited, fellow oyster lovers. The Fort Morgan Oyster Fest comes around the last weekend of every February and features all-you-can-eat oysters prepared in every way you could possibly think of.

Getting Around:
We recommend arriving to your vacation home by car and having a personal or rented vehicle present to help you get around the area. This home has two designated car parking spaces.

Flying into the Gulf Shores area is about to get way easier, too: beginning in May 2025, Allegiant Airlines will offer nonstop flights from Fayetteville, Arkansas; Belleville, Illinois; and Knoxville, Cincinnati, Houston, and Kansas City right into Gulf Shores International Airport! Flights are also available into Pensacola International Airport (about 40 miles from Orange Beach) and Mobile Regional Airport (about 70 miles from Orange Beach) from other U.S. cities.

Some rideshare services may be available on demand, depending on availability. Ask us about shuttle, ferry, and party bus rental options, too!

While you’re on vacation, the last thing you want to do is worry about extra chores. All of our homes are thoroughly vacuumed, mopped, and cleaned after each stay, and we don’t skimp on the details. Our team sanitizes every nook and cranny, right down to the light switches and TV remotes. Dive into fresh linens, soak in freshly-scrubbed tubs, and enjoy sand-free floors from the moment your vacation begins!

★NO SMOKING INSIDE★
We don’t want to totally rain on your parade, but we do need to ask that you refrain from smoking and vaping while you’re inside the home. Any evidence of smoking or vaping will result in additional charges for odor removal or furniture cleaning.

★NO PARTIES OR EVENTS★
We ask that you treat our home with the same care as you would your own. Please do not invite unauthorized guests or host large parties or events during your stay.
