Such a perfect location! The condo was tidy, right next to the brewery and village, and perfect for our stay during Trailfest. The only minor hiccup we had was the incorrect code to open the front door. This was remedied in a few minutes with a phone call to the help line.

Overall great location close to everything to eat, shop and town lift, the parking space was nice to have and the place is very well stocked for cooking, bedding and even lots of wood for the fireplace. The spa and pool area were clean and nice to use also. The only FYI is the “coffee maker” was a nespresso which only takes the half sphere pods (the big ones not the little ones) and we couldn’t find them anywhere to purchase. So bring your own or instant coffee to make. Overall would stay there again!

The kitchen was stocked and the parking was great! The location was the best part as we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do.

Had a wonderful stay here at Fireside at the Village. The unit was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Nice to return to after a long day of adventures. Felt at home. The kitchen was beautifully redone and had everything we needed and so much more. The sauté pans we used were brand new…….. Don’t get that in a lot of rentals. There were two kitchen drawers full of board games, cards, and puzzles for some great fun. The bathroom was also beautifully redone and the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water.Underground, secure parking was a plus. The entire complex was quiet.Fantastic location! Maybe a 2 minute walk to the Village where there are several breweries and restaurants to choose from.We went to the pool/hot tub building a couple times and we were the only ones there. Went to the game room, above the pool room, and we were the only ones there. There was ping pong, foosball and a pool table. This building is the building closest to the unit making it very convenient. When we return to Mammoth Lakes, we will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this place.

Being a retiree I was unfamiliar with the multiple TV and remote controls. I was unable to us it at all, although the owners were excellent in trying to help. As a fisherman I wake up early, unfortunately, on a Saturday night next to a restaurant with a band, the music was quite load, luckily I had a white noise machine to help drown out the music. For some people the above would be no problem, so it's really just personal preference. On the plus side, the kitchen was spotless and organized and all the silverware and dishes matched. Access to the pool and jacuzzi was easy and I was able to use it undisturbed. Parking is a little ways away but I was on a first story near the entry door so it wasn't too bad. Overall, it was a nice place to stay, close to the village, and the inside was well maintained.

Host made everything super easy, house is remodeled great. Biggest thing is amazing proximity to village and gondola. Highly recommend and will be my first choice every time I return to mammoth.

This property was fantastic in so many ways. Location was ideal. Even the location of the unit! 1st floor very easy to get to and right next to the pool and jacuzzi lodge. The unit was clean and comfortable. Stocked with everything we needed. In all, a terrific sanctuary to return to after a day's adventures. The tricky part is all the different key codes—one for the garage, one for the entry to the building, one for the front door, and one for the pool lodge. It gets a little confusing. However, it was really nice not to have to deal with keys. Never could figure out how to use the TV—with the 4 or 5 different remotes sitting on a table. :)

Great value for the location. In the village with easy access to canyon lodge via the gondola. The kitchen was fully furnished with more than expected appliances and kitchenware. Would love to stay here again

Everything about was excellent. I was staying for 5 days for work. The location was so perfect. Parking can be difficult for the village and the location is right there. Having a covered parking garage was a big perk since an unexpected snowstorm hit in mid April. ( which was lovely) The unit was clean. Kitchen stocked Logs and fire starters were ready to go I will stay again in my next trip!! Btw host was super responsive

Great for small family

Loved location and jacuzzi/pool area. Came during spring skiing and while we had to take the shuttle to main lodge, it was still quite close! Great stay for our family of 4!

We enjoyed our stay and found this property very comfortable and would certainly stay again. It was clean and well appointed. Our only issues were around finding the condo from the parking garage was a little difficult. Some directions like find the human sized door next to the garbage can to exit, then turn left and locate the building with your number. We also struggled with the older tvs since the required Sling remote was tucked away in the cabinet with not helpful remotes on the coffee table. Overall, though it was an excellent stay and I would book again. It was so close to the village gondola and walkable to many places for dinner.

The location is ideal, only about 2 min walk to village gondola. The photos do not do the place justice … it is spacious and modern with a large kitchen and large cozy private bedroom. The pool and jacuzzi are a short walk from front door and are indoors (needs updating but did the trick!). Communication with host was perfect. Check in was a little confusing as there weren’t clear instructions on how to find unit. Only complaint was the tv in living room is extremely outdated and did not work. Bedding needs to be completely replaced. Overall had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

Great stay

Overall great stay - super close to the Village for rentals, food, child care and gondola. Very secure and warm parking. Only wish is that they allowed earlier check in - I was at the structure well before 4pm and saw the cleaning people leave the unit, but no one pinged me to inform me that I could get in early (even though they said they'd lmk if unit was accessible before 4pm).

Well appointed

The property is conveniently located next to the Village, so it's a short walk to the gondola and restaurants. The condo has a very well-appointed kitchen that made meal prep easy. Clean, nicely decorated, and well maintained.
