Cute!

Such a fun place to stay! There was lots to do close by…lake, paddle boards, kayaks, pools, a small zip line for younger kids, basketball, snow cone truck, amazing coffee shop, pizza place and a grocery store not too far away. It’s was the perfect location for our family reunion.

Great Stay in Carlton Landing!

The house was great and in the condition as described by the listing. It sits in a really neat spot within Carlton Landing that gives you the opportunity to meet neighbors and relax on the porch while your kids play in the shared park area. Would highly recommend!

Clean & comfortable!

This is our third summer staying at a Lake Stay property in Carlton Landing. This property was clean and comfortable! We had a small issue with a tub leak and the property manager was very responsive and totally on top of rectifying the problem. We will always stay at a Lake Stay property when we come to Carlton Landing!

Amazon location and home

This house had great decor. It had everything we needed. The area had so many amenities and really fell in love with the area. We live near OKC so this is so nice to have something this special so close. We have traveled all over the world and were shocked how amazing this area was. We will be back to this house or another in the area.

Celebrating family

We enjoyed a girls weekend with my mother and two sisters and celebrated my sisters, 60th. birthday! The house welcomed us with open arms! We enjoyed the area and our time together. Back at home we all talked about the beautiful home and so many people commented on our post on Facebook! We loved it!

Prosecco is “on point”

Nothing but good things to say about this house and location. Very clean and kitchen had everything we needed. The Blackstone grill worked great for making breakfast for a hungry crowd. The bunk room came in handy when friends a/c stopped working and they needed a place to sleep. Very close to restaurants and pools. We kept our boat at No. 9 Marina which was convenient. We found the courtesy docks in Carlton Landing which helped with taking a break off the water. I highly recommend this house.

My family of 7 was so comfortable within this home, the bunk room for the boys, the queen bed for the girls and the downstairs suite for the parents. There was abundant seating everywhere you turned. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in a vacation home in Carlton Landing!

Beautiful house

Very nice house. We enjoyed the property and were within walking distance to other family members staying in carlton landing. The only downside is that the property is that its pretty difficult to locate the exact house. It would be great if the houses were more clearly marked, especially in the back alley areas. However, that seems to be an issue across Carlton Landing and not specific to this house.

The location of the house was centrally located and made it easy to get around. We opted to not get a golf cart and walk everywhere. A golf cart is not needed as everything is so close unless you just want one or have issues walking. Carlton Landing provided a very relaxing vacation that allowed for lots of quality time for our family. We were disappointed that the pop up boutiques and food trucks weren’t open on the days we were there. My kids enjoyed the aqua park. Mama Tigs and the Meeting House were both cool spots to eat and grab a drink. The customer service at the Meeting House was lack luster. None of the employees had much personality and weren’t overly friendly. Overall Carlton Landing was a nice spot that we would go back to as a family or for a couples trip.

Reviewer Comments: The development, homes, roads, trees, landscapes, parks, and lake views were all beautiful. We traveled during July and were surprised at how slow and relaxing the community was. The rental company was professional and helpful. The 3 pools are very small for the size of the community. The lounge chairs were too few, uncomfortable, and a lot of them broken. The pool bar on the steps almost came loose. We were very surprised and disappointed that the pool amenities were subpar for such a beautiful neighborhood.All the parks, lookouts, and shops are in walking distance.We highly recommend you bring in your own food as there is not a grocery store nearby and the food trucks had limited hours.This particular home was well maintained, stocked, and professionally cleaned. They had the house nice and cool as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at Prosecco Point. My mom with a walker stayed downstairs and was perfectly content. Her walker fit through all doorways. We enjoyed going on walks throughout Carlton Landing, playing tennis, going on the Nature trail, playing ping pong on several of the tables scattered throughout the community. We roasted hotdogs and marshmallows on the firepit, then on Thanksgiving I had no problem cooking a huge thanksgiving meal. I did bring my own disposable baking pans, but there were plenty there if I had wanted to use theirs. Plenty of utensils, towels and everything we needed for a 2 night stay. The electric fireplace was so cool! The furnishings were beautiful and it was SOOOO CLEAN!!! It was a great get away!
