William, our host was very helpful. The house was very nice, with beautiful views of the Superstition Mountains. We enjoyed the hiking trails nearby. The neighbors were nice and oue vacation was very relaxing.

Smith arrival and enjoyable stay. We’d definitely stay here again. Though we didn’t use it on this visit, the charging station in the garage is a plus.

Perfect spot

Was a great location near family. Felt safe with the gated community. Was very clean and very nice location with great views. Enjoyed watching the Quail walk the fences and run around the culdesac. House was perfect for our stay

This was a beautiful home with amazing views!! Very spacious and clean. Very close to the venue for a wedding we were attending. We did not get to utilize the pool with everything going on. It is a little of a drive to the main stores and restaurants, however we did not mind. The host is fantastic! I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again. Hopefully next time we can utilize the pool.

Peralta Getaway

This Peralta home is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. It is close to bike paths, hiking, golf and has a really nice community pool. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the host was very accommodating.

Just what we were looking for

We came to Gold Canyon to visit my Dad. The home was comfortable and gave us all room. We were close to his resort so it was easy to drop by the house if we forgot something. The gated community is nice as well.

We had a wonderful time! This house was perfect for our stay and had everything we needed. The pool was great, I'm sure it was heated although I thought it was still pretty chilly. Our kids loved it and spent a couple of hours in it without getting too cold in 70 degree weather. We loved everything and our visit was amazing. Thanks so much!

Easy directions into the community and house, The house was adequately stocked with appliances and other great items. Very quite location with easy access. The house was very comfortable for the five of us. Great location to access outdoor activities - hiking, golf, swimming, etc. When we next return to Gold Canyon, this property will be our first choice.
