Escape to our peaceful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home nestled in the grasslands of Sonoita wine country. Set on 2.75 fenced acres, the home accommodates up to 6 guests.
Inside, you'll find an open floor plan that connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas.
Each bedroom features a king-sized bed and blackout curtains. Enjoy the covered patio with a twin-sized porch swing—perfect for a sunset glass of wine, or sipping your morning coffee. The hilltop views add an incredible charm to the home.
The 36" Blackstone griddle is safely positioned away from the structure, and ready for grilling.
The home is dog-friendly and fully fenced, so you can bring your pups along to enjoy the rural landscape. Whether you're coming to explore local wineries, hike in the stunning landscape, or simply unwind in nature, this is the perfect spot for your Sonoita stay.
A short rental agreement to sign must be completed within 48 hours of booking.
There is onsite parking available at the detached carport. You can also park on the grass closer to the home.
Please note that the driveway is steep and the access road is dirt; 4-wheel drive is not required, but can be helpful in inclement weather. If you're not comfortable driving up the hill, you can park on the road too.
|| ACCOMODATIONS ||
Laundry facilities are available for your use - located inside the detached carport.
Saturday mornings the trash is picked up by a valet service. A trailer is driven onto the property and trash is taken by hand from the trash can at the carport. Please note, all trash must be bagged and tied - no “loose” trash should be thrown in the trash can. The gate will be opened during this time.
The wood burning stove is not currently in service; don't worry, the home has central heating.

Santa Cruz County is known for its breathtakingly clear and starry night skies, which are protected by light pollution regulations. These measures aim to preserve the natural beauty of the dark skies for residents and visitors alike. To support this effort and respect the community sentiment, we kindly ask our guests to keep off the carport and patio lights when they're not in use.
However, please feel free to use outdoor lights as needed during your stay—there’s no need to keep them off completely (especially if you're coming back after dark!). This small effort helps ensure we remain considerate of our neighbors.
|| COFFEE / TEA ||
We provide a french press coffee maker, and dual (regular or pod) Keurig machine with decaf and regular pods, tea, single-serve Coffee Mate creamer pods, honey sticks, cane sugar, and coffee filters. We do not have a grinder onsite.
|| SMOKING POLICY ||
Smoking is allowed outside only. Please be sure to clean up all remnants, including cigarette butts.
|| PET POLICY ||
We’re excited to welcome your fur babies. Up to 2 dogs are allowed, with a per pet fee of $75 each. Unfortunately, we can't accommodate cats, horses or any other animals. The neighbors have 2 dogs and one section of the fence line is shared with the neighbors.
- Please be sure to pick up after your pups —waste bags are provided.
- We kindly ask that you don’t leave your dogs unattended inside or outside.
- Please don’t allow dogs on the beds or furniture. If there’s excessive hair or damage, an extra cleaning fee will apply.
This rural landscape may have ticks, hawks and other outdoor hazards that can affect your beloved pets.
Trash is picked up by a trash valet service every Saturday morning. The gate will be open during this time.
