I've stayed in many VRBO properties and this one is one of my top 3. Everything stood out. The host was gracious and responsive. The amenities were outstanding, kitchen was stocked with everything possibly needed, bedding was top notch. Extra touches like bathrobes and welcoming chocolate. Even the dishes were beautiful! The wrap around porch provided incredible views in all directions. The location centrally l was within an hour's drive of Tucson, Bisbee, Patagonia and Parker Canyon State Parks, as well as Kartchner Caverns. Absolutely loved this place.

The property is absolutely wonderful! Great location, clean and very spacious. We stayed for 5 nights and should have stayed longer. Close to Patagonia, a small town with some great shops. We also took a trip to Tubac. Fabulous arts area! We hope to come again in the future.

10/10!First, thank you to our host Kathryn for seamless communication during our stay in this private, secluded VRBO with an amazing deck of sweeping mountain views.Spacious, with large windows to take in the outdoors, this home was exceptionally, clean, comfortable, well stocked in every way. The beds were so comfortable, luxe linens and towels, thoughtful touches everywhere. Appreciate a fully stocked kitchen with options. All of us loved our stay and the wonderful Agave House. We will be back. Thank you for being such an excellent host. Yours is the best VRBO to date in 3 states.

This is an exemplary house in a beautiful location. The house has everything one could need. This includes a number of warm blankets and pillows, a more than fully equipped kitchen, and a fantastic view. I recommend Agave House to anyone who wants to get away from it all. We live in Phoenix, and this is our second trip to this house. It is now our go to place to get away.

Beautiful and comfortable home- perfect for us two couples. Lots of little amenities, and loved the setting in the countryside. We enjoyed exploring the area wineries.The host was very responsive.

The house was beautiful,very artistic with lovely touches throughout. The outside has a spectacular view that does not look real. Kathryn is an amazing host. I contacted the morning of check in day and asked for earlier check. She responded back immediately and moved the time up by 3 hours.The property and house was amazing would definitely stay there again 10/10!

We were in town for a horse show and brought our dog. The property was perfect for us, very safe for our dog, lovely artwork, comfortable bed with nice linens and pillows. Everything we could have needed was there, we rode our ebike easily to town which was super fun. Phenomenal views in all directions and very private.

Absolutely perfect in every way. The space felt like home—only with much better views! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. One of our favorite features was the bathtub—such a relaxing touch. We also loved spending time on the patio, especially at night under the stunning sky. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

A Hidden Gem for Birders and Explorers.

We have traveled to SE Arizona four times going to bird hot spots in Patagonia, Sierra Vista and Madeira Canyon. This time we chose Sonoita as our base camp because it is an easy commute to all of these hot spots. This rental was exceptional! It has an excellent and spacious floor plan with great views out every room to the three mountain ranges that surround the area. The house was very clean and the host left little treats for the guests. The host was also very attentive to any need we had including one that was early on a Sunday morning. The pictures don’t do the deck justice since it is very large and a great place to while away the afternoon. You are also surrounded by 18 wineries within 5 minutes and a brewery just down the street. You won’t regret booking this rental, truly one of the best ones I’ve had in the dozens I’ve booked over the past 20 years.

First time we walked in this home we both knew it was the right home. We love the feel of the place. Windows everywhere extends the living area to draw the outside into the house. The views on the porch are amazing and night sky watching is highly recommended.

The wrap around porch is my favorite feature of this house. I love sitting down and watching the sun go down. Seems to end the day perfectly.
