National Geographic has listed Sunset Beach as number 4 on 'Worlds Best Beaches'.
Watch the sunrise and sunset from the lower deck or bedroom balcony looking over the ocean. House sits directly on the beach looking over sand dunes with gently swaying sea oats. Three of the four bedrooms over look water. Master bedroom overlooks ocean, with private deck spacious bedroom and King size bed. The front of the house faces Tubbs Inlet intercoastal waterway. There are two bedrooms facing Tubbs Inlet and each has a queen size bed, one is on the upper level and one is on the lower level. The middle bedroom upstairs also has a queen bed. Each bedroom has its very own private bathroom.
House is well stocked for cooking, and large family gathering. Kitchen is open to large ocean front family room, with large flat screen tv, cable tv, and free wifi.
Downstairs there are outdoor showers to wash away the sand after a day on the beach.
We set ourselves apart from the majority of the rentals, by offering extra amenities that are not standard in the local rental community of Sunset Beach. Comes with:
• Sheets provided, beds made and guest ready
• Bath Towels provided
• Blow Dryers provided
• Facial magnifying mirrors in bathrooms
• Paper products provided ( T Tissue & Paper Towels)
• Hand soaps (liquid) & Detergent for Washer & Dishwasher
• High Speed internet
• Cable TV and movie channels
• All bedrooms have TV's with cable.
• Outdoor grill
• Beach chairs provided & beach towels & Beach Wagon with EZ Wheels

I bought this house when my children were young and we spent summers in the surf, and enjoying the beach. Now they are grown and I split my time between Charlotte NC, and Destin Florida. I don't get to go and enjoy the house as much as I once did and decided to open it up to other families, so they can have that same summer paradise my kids did growing up.

Sunset Beach is the last barrier island in NC before you enter SC. Time has stood still, and it is not commercialized. It is a family beach, with a huge beach and tide pools to hunt for shells. I found this beach one summer in 1995 and fell in love with the atmosphere, I rented for several years and then found a house that I could not live without.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
The house has water on the front and back. The back of the house is ocean front and has a upstairs and downstairs with a deck over looking the ocean off the family room downstairs and a deck over looking the ocean off the master suite upstairs. You can watch the shrimp boats leave for a day of fishing in the morning as the sun comes up, and watch the sun sink over the ocean at the end of the day.
