Second Year in a row

This was the 2nd year we have stayed at Marianna's and we have already booked for next year. Marianna is very attentive to all our needs. She is and excellent host. Looking forward to next year and hoping the weather is warmer.

Perfect for family

This is our third visit. We love the location and the fabulous views from the large, covered porch. Kitchen is very well equipped. We are already reserved for next year.

Ocean Isle Beach House

This was a very nice beach house. It was very well stocked with games, puzzles, bathroom supplies, beach chairs and kitchen dishes and equipment. Only two concerns - upstairs deck was a bit rickety so we didn’t use it at all and we killed at least 6 -10 roaches throughout the house.

Family Vaca

Great location! Easy walk to the beach. The house is a bit dated. Bathrooms and kitchen need updated. Back porch roof leaks badly when raining. In the description it says there’s a loft, but it’s just the second floor living area. Not a separate loft. Probably would not stay there again.

We've stayed at this home before. Very well stocked with everything you might need in the kitchen. Spacious bedrooms and master bathroom awesome. Host responded to all our needs promptly. We would definitely stay at this home again in the future.

2 Month Rental, February and March 2024

The house was very spacious and fit our needs. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. All supplies were available, including laundry detergent, dish soap, garbage bags, Kleenex , paper towels and a couple of rolls of toilet paper. It was refreshing to not have to go and purchase these supplies. We did bring our own swiffer duster and floor sweeper, which came in handy. The owner Marriana was very attentive to our needs. We did have a few issues that were resolved very quickly, she even replaced the oven because of worn out burners. We had a wonderful time on the front porch, sipping coffee or Margaritas. The property matches the description and is a beautiful ocean front property. We were so happy with this property that we have already made arrangement for next year.

Great family location!

Family Thanksgiving get together in a great family and dog friendly oceanfront house. It was very clean, tidy, nicely furnished and with lots of entertainment options. The host was very accommodating and a great communicator.

Wonderful Get Away!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The ocean front views are beautiful and the large back porch with rocking chairs and a large daybed swing were perfect for relaxing and enjoying conversation. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the house comfortable and inviting. We will definitely return!

Location

Property location and spaciousness were the best things about the house. It badly needed new flooring and painting but overall it was a nice house. It didn’t appear clean, maybe because it’s an older house. I would return but some family members weren’t impressed.
