An indoor hot-tub and 2 wood-burning fireplaces make this an ideal house for families and large groups. Free standing house wth four bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms, cable, wifi, flat screen tvs, modern kitchen, keurig and regular coffee makers, outdoor fire pit (seasonal), and all the comforts you could want. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools you need to prepare great meals for your family and friends.
House is just a couple of minutes from the Big Boulder slopes. In the summer, the house has access to Big Boulder Lake Club with pool, beach on the lake, boats available on the lake, tennis, volleyball and much more.
The Boulder Lake Club offers a variety of recreational activities for renters including beach, outdoor heated pool, tennis, volleyball, badminton, cornhole, ladderball, football, soccer, basketball, bocce ball, ping pong, horseshoes. Please check out Big Boulder Club for more information. It is open all week in the summer and usually weekends from Memorial Day to beginning of summer and end of summer to mid September.

THERE WILL BE ADDITIONAL $80 FEE FOR HOT TUB USE. WE WILL REQUEST THIS FEE BEFORE YOUR CHECK IN. PLEASE DO NOT USE HOT TUB UNLESS YOU REQUEST IT TO BE SERVICED AS IT WILL NOT BE SANITARY!
